First of all the service wasn't friendly at all. Secondly, the room doesn't look safe and clean 😭 I know it's a budget hotel but can you improve on your cleanliness and the safety of your hotel? The door lock is ****, it only locked half way 😂 I'm terrified to sleep at night. The room kinda smell like a store room man I had to spray perfume to breathe properly in the room. Too many broken hanger that cannot use. The bathroom door omg can't you do something about it?? There's no bidet and only have baldi and ***ung in the bathroom. The only thing I like is there's a BK downstairs 😂 overall 2/5. I hope you will improve your hotel cleanliness.

Book this room 2 days before so the price is reasonable. The place is quite far from Kota Kinabalu City. The room is ok to sleep. Same like picture. No private parking of course. Just hotel to sleep but at cheap price.

I had a nice stay at . The staff was friendly, the room was ok , and the location was convenient. Overall, so far so good.

We stayed for a while to transfer planes.
The bed was very dirty and there was dust and fur on the floor. They don't clean up.
There is a big cockroach running around in the room.
Very dirty and unpleasant. A sound so loud it echoes from the bathroom ceiling.
If you want to stay in this hotel I would never recommend it.
