Great stay

We booked this hotel last minute having been let down by another hotel the day before our flights and so we knew little about this hotel prior to booking. After booking I read many reviews highlighting negatives at the hotel but missing the many positives of this hotel booking. Yes the hotel looks old / tired in places but it is kept immaculately clean by very attentive staff. The rooms are far larger than other local hotels and have a shower and bath catering for everyones personal preference. This is a small hotel and we experienced little noise during our stay. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice to cater all. The bar / restaurant is great with friendly servers. The spa is great value and is booked for couples use with others kept out during your use and includes a jacuzzi, sauna, cooling shower, toilet, shower and changing room. If you have an evening flight the reception staff will care for your baggage until you leave which for us meant we could enjoy a full day without worrying about baggage. If you look hard enough you will find fault with anything. Give this hotel a chance and I'm sure it's location and charm will leave you very happy with your choice.

We were not thrilled with this hotel. The thermostat was literally broken and we had to call to have them adjust the temperature. Clearly the hotel is dated and needs a refresh. Bed linens were old and didn’t fit properly. Pillow and blankets were sketchy. Carpet was scary. One room had ants in the sink. Breakfast was ok.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Rooms were adequate. Beds were comfortable if you like a firm bed. Negative was there weren’t any visible outlets in the room and it was difficult to find because GPS takes you to the backside of the hotel to the parking lot and looks like an abandoned building. You have to have them open the gate. The front side of the hotel is nice.

had booked a deluxe room with a double bed but got a standard room without and without curtains for the windows to keep out light. Generally not a standard that can justify the price of the room

Check in was quick, very convenient parking lot. Good location in the heart of Kosice. The remote for the A/C was missing. Even though i instantly notified the front desk no remote was provided for the remainder of my stay. Rooms are ok, breakfast was very good. Would stay there again.

Ac was not working and bathroom was not clean. Other than that, all good

Really nice Hotel , other then that one night radiator didn’t work and we almost froze lol

Rooms were definitely not as described when booked, the pictures are not a good representation of the hotel overall. We brought this up to the staff when we weren’t happy with our room and the manager was excellent.
