Amazing friendly hotel, pool is lovely, food is delicious, rooms are spacious and clean, staff can’t do enough for you to make sure your stay here is fabulous. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I’m definitely coming back again another year.

The hotel is great but the checkin was a bit of a nightmare they have this new computerized system which wasnt the easiest ( not what you need after a long late night flight) .we had a lovely pool / sea view room that had the new bathroom. Hotel very clean housekeeping very good beds comfortable. We stayed bed and breakfast which is continental, so we went out for that. We went to the Harbour lounge on the sea front which was excellent.

After many visits decided this would be my last. On arrival, check in was horrendous. New computerised system in place was beyond many of the elderly and a Team Member had to assist. We sat in the bar area for over 40 minutes waiting to check in. Alma restaurant on sea front no longer in operation. New allocation in hotel is not very salubrious so we didn’t use it, like many of the guests. Breakfast was self service but after 2 visits decided it wasn’t worth the effort. Breakfast finishes way too early for guests on vacation. New bathrooms on 3rd floor are a huge improvement however a grab rail would be a useful addition. Over the years I have used the bar quite frequently however this visit no atmosphere and drab music, so didn’t bother. WiFi was an absolute nightmare as was the flat screen TV. On previous visits the WiFi has been good. On a more positive note, rooms very clean, housekeeping very good. The assistance from the two exceptional Team Members on reception and the prompt replies to mail from customer relations were greatly appreciated. Poolside food and drinks were great. Loads of comfortable beds and pergolas, beautiful pool. Instead of useless robots how about upgrading the WiFi for future guests!!!!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, basic but nice and clean I was lucky enough to get a pool view my friend got a view of the car park so worth asking for a pool view, nice clean pool area with lovely pool side bar and snack bar, great location for beach and pubs and restaurants, we went out for breakfast as hotel breakfast wasn’t great

came here to stay for 10 nights with my friend & had the best time ever! hotel is so close to the beach (2 minute walk, if that!), small supermarket next door as well. bars and restaurants are 5 minute walk away as well. our room was cleaned daily & had a gorgeous balcony. staff were friendly and the pool was so relaxing as well! had the best time on this holiday!

We read a few reviews before we came, all I can say is you have to come and see for yourself, we arrived, self check in was different but it didn't take long, very friendly staff and spotless hotel, Good sized room and balcony, comfy bed, pillows not so. Breakfast was good, sun loungers very comfy. Pool and pool area cleaned everyday, very relaxing. We was was on our honeymoon and the hotel surprised us one evening with a really nice bottle of wine and two glasses saying congratulations to us. Very relaxing honeymoon and highly recommend. Also situated in a great area. Two minutes to the shops, restaurants and beach.

Just returned from a week at the Kris mari, stayed many times in the last 10 years.always picked this hotel as the location is fantastic and there is a good crowd of returning guests, probably won't be going back as my wiry is disabled and it's not really an accessible hotel as there is no lift to pool area, previously we've used the back gate to get to the pool area however this is now locked ( I understand why this is so)we had an old shower cubicle which is not really suitable for her(very slippery and no room for a chair),WiFi poor in room, pillows rock hard,pool bar music same 15 songs get played over and over as much as 10 times dailey ( counted),they now have a robot to collect dishes! maybe they could of used the money better elsewhere,good points are location, cleaners brilliant ,guests great, breakfast OK, pool area good ( with ramp to access shallow end) so really we'll probably go with the superior as its more accessible
