Byron Apartments

We were booked in the Byron Apartments Tikaki Kos . We received emails from love holidays right up until we left. On arrival we received a letter stating that they were over booked and we would be staying somewhere else . Our hearts sank . We were lead to the filli Apartments. Although the staff there are friendly helpful and kind we didn't book the Filli and it was half the price . My husband was advised by the owner that we could still use the facilities. We did so and were on the sun loungers when the cleaner came over and told us infront of other guests that we shouldn't be using the beds as they were only for byron guests . Adding insult to injury . We explained we were guests. We had booked but didn't get what we booked she said you can use the beds today and that's it . Further upset . So please be aware that this isn't a good experience and it could happen to you .

A lovely but basic apartment right on the beach with a small pool. Had the pool to ourselves most the time. There is a bus stop opposite or about 20 mins walk to centre. We were out of check in time so emailed but received no response, we called and they had received email. They sort check in so if you don't have a reply it will all be fine

La location meriterebbe un 10. Posizionata come è praticamente sulla spiaggia! Vista pazzesca (alla destra nitida appare Bodrum in Turchia) e intervallo di piccolo prato all’inglese con accanto piscina e piscina per piccoli. Dunque posizione top. Sull’appartamento qualcosa da dire. 1) come era già capitato in altre parti della Grecia i letti hanno materassi spacca schiena. Dopo 4-5 giorni collo bloccato e dolori incredibili… come dormire sulla rete usurata per giunta! 2) pulizia dell’angolo cucina così così. Abbiamo trovato formiche sotto i bollitori e le suppellettili… 3) discorso bagno simile a quello dei letti. Doccia chiusa solo da una parte e conseguenti laghi d’acqua ristagnanti a terra… e soliti problemi con gli scarichi del water.. che scarica pochissimo.

Abbiamo prenotato due appartamenti due mesi prima della partenza,pagato il saldo e avuto conferma. Neanche una settimana dalla partenza ci hanno dato overbookin e spostati in una struttura vicina che ci hanno garantito di pari livello . Arrivati a Kos la nuova struttura si è rivelata pessima ,anche perché ci hanno dovuto dare gli unici due appartamenti rimasti veramente indecenti. Abbiamo così dovuto cambiare sistemazione pagando la differenza perché il gestore del Byron si è rifiutato di ammettere il suo grave errore e rimborsarci. Pessima organizzazione e grande maleducazione. Non prenotate!!

L'appartamento era meraviglioso. Cucinotto, bagno con finestra, aria condizionata e balcone. Vista piscina e mare. Piscina pulita e molta bella. Appartamento pulito nuovo e la staff simpaticissimo e dolcissimo. Spiaggia di fronte a 3 mt dalla porta dell'appartamento. Mare limpido e pulito. Hotel Molto tranquillo. si dorme senza nessun rumore di macchina. Consiglio vivamente.
