Amazing property in the heart of Nydri. The owners are extremely friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Very well kept studios, exceptionally clean. Bright and spacious. Lovely pool and pool bar area. Private parking also available, just a few minutes walk from everything.

Great Location near the beach. Had family room, with two teenagers may have been better choice to have 2 rooms so not fighting over bathroom. Breakfast was simple but enough, greek yogurt & honey , juice and pastry or toast. Pool next door free sunbeds mostly quite so no having to get up early for sunbeds. Aircon included do that was great as other hotels do charge extra. Philippos himself is welcoming and you can understand why people return

A nice well appointed place Phillipos was frfiendly and a small breakfast toast coffee ornage juice thrown in but the pool bar area was a little pricey @ €7 for a Kopparberg. The pool was nice but 80's mid west rock pumped poolside a little off putting. Good locatin for beach and the town quite a chilled area with some nice (again pricey) restaurants

Spend about a week here, really enjoyed the hospitality and personal attention of the owners. Homemade food, very close to the beach and the village centre. Nice rooms yet nothing fancy. Pool was very nice addition as well!

Beautifully located apar**ents on the quiet edge of Kardamena. Sunrise and sunset views from balcony really added to the trip. Just a short walk from the centre of pubs & restaurants but still enjoys the peace of a quiet location. Will definitely be back.

Amazing stay in the beautiful quiet place! Close to the beach and not far from center. Philippos is a great man, very friendly and helpfull. Appar**ent is simple, typical greek, very clean, what else can you expact from Greece!

Been coming to Philippios for many years now always friendly welcoming and like a second home! Nothing is to much to ask good pool good food and drink’s definitely recommended to any couples and families. Yamas!

Great apar**ents with a great host . Our room had a great balcony with fantastic views across the bay to Mitsis . The apar**ents are ideally located not to far from restaurants and bars in a quiet part of the village. Please be aware there is No lift we were on the 3rd floor but the views were worth it

Left it late to book my break to Kardamena and was lucky enough to get a room here. I had been told about it and had it recommended to me last year. Philippos is a great guy and nothing is too much trouble along with his wife they run a great place. I had a basic room at the side of the hotel, spotlessly clean and ideal for me. It was a little noisy when the people next door came back from work early morning but the area was generally really quiet.Next year i will go for an upstairs seaview room. The breakfast is basic but adequate and if you want anything different i.e. bacon rolls, sausage rolls etc. it's no problem. The pool area is pretty big and never felt crowded. Several people came in from other hotels and apar**ents and seemed to have been coming for years.Lovely location on the edge of the village. I'm looking forward to return there next year but will book earlier.
