Grand Koru Hotel Beach

This is my 2nd visit, it is a hotel that I can visit many times, its cleanliness, rooms, staff, especially the food and view are great, I would definitely recommend

Excellent location by the sea. Superb sea views from the balcony. Very friendly staff. Fantastic food and great selection of beers. Highly recommended.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was pretty nice and somewhat helpful, but I should probably mention that the hotel is I. The middle of nowhere, everything was pretty far, including food. My first night I walked 45 minutes for a durum, after that, I ordered online

Everything was ok , but breakfast need to be developed ( poor one ) , staff was friendly and well speaking English but he has an issue in their system that i booked online but he said i cant get the money from your visa and please pay here directly from visa so he canceled the online one .

I like a spacious room, so I made a reservation for a family suit, and the room was very spacious and clean. It was an old hotel, so it felt the floor looks old, but the sunset from the balcony was very beautiful. Other guests said at the review that the music outside was noisy, but it was rather good to hear. It was good to take a walk near the hotel in the morning too. I had a great stay at this hotel.

The place is dirty, unqualified staff. The rate was to include breakfast buffet which we had only for 2 days, then for the next 7 days we had a plate and fried eggs(not a buffet). And surprisingly the hotel wanted to charge us for a cup of hot milk we had with the breakfast 😤😤😤😤😤😤. Furniture was very old and in a crippling condition. I don’t advise anyone to stay in this miserable hotel

It is not hotel, it is motel. Marmara sea is dirty so even you can’t swim now. Room is in very bad condition, old stuff and bad smelling sofa (( rusty shelves in the bathroom.Sewer smell. No any sound insulation, doors are very thin and hardly closed. Breakfast very simple and poor. Internet doesn’t work, probably because it is free. For this price better find another hotel. Rarely write reviews, but this place not deserve this point. Not recommended to visit!

Very old building must be urgently renovated - no hot water or when you get some you are just burning - I paid for 1 week but stayed only 3 nights they didn’t accept at least a partial reimbursement which is not fair at all - very disappointed even if the staff was quite nice and polite
