Extemely uncooperative manager, couldn't change my booking 1 hour after i made it.
When the coffee machine at breakfast didn't work it's not allowed to use the same machine in the lobby and you have to pay for breakfast
dirty rooms, small gym, uncomfortable beds, bad breakfast

Im Icelandic and i travel to Reykjavik regular. This hotel is on nice location and have the comfort that i need. Good bed and good shower the wifi might be better. I have probably stayed in this hotel around 30-40 times

Staff was always available. Check in and out prompt. Breakfast was great among with having beverage options available at front desk.

Alex was super friendly and helpful from check in to check out! He was always smiling and quick to help. Best front desk man of anywhere I’ve been this year. Thanks Alex! The staff at breakfast were also very nice. I’ll definitely return!

We stayed here for our first night in Iceland. We arrived earlier than check in time but he let us check in right away. It was smooth and easy. The elevator wasn't working so we had to carry our luggage to the first floor (downstairs). They had the sofa bed made and ready to go, which was appreciated. It also had a coat hook with about 5-6 hooks which was also appreciated. The room was large with lots of storage if needed. The elevator was fixed in the morning! We didn't eat the breakfast. I think it was 30 euros so we went and found something else. Good location and easy to get to.
