房間設施比較新的，很滿意。酒店是和高爾夫球場一起的，在山裡，環境清幽，早餐是自費的，停車費也要自費

周圍環境確實不錯，畢竟怎麼説也是在山上，但是我們去的時候本來想吃brunch，但是在裝修的原因，沒有吃上，這個有點小遺憾，而且當時樓下在裝修，早上起來很吵

Food in restaurant was fabulous but expensive. Wasn’t Full after our meal.
Wanted breakfast to our room but would have been over $100 for 2 breakfasts in bed.
Hotel was beautiful, clean, friendly. Spa was lovely as well.

We were told the pool is out of service for renovations next morning i see people in the pool from my balcony. No one assisted at restaurant

Shower in my room was not working. They did not give me a new room and told me to shower in the gym. They told me that they cannot accommodate me or deduct my stay because I used *******. Not even help me deduct my parking.

Every staff member we came in contact with was exceptional - very polite, always greeted with a smile & willing to help if needed. I have to say, the bellmen in particular are extraordinary - always so happy & kind and go above and beyond. We love staying at the Westin Bear Mountain. The only thing I can think of that could be better is the labeling of gluten free and other allergens when dining on NYE but all questions were answered promptly and clearly by staff members. We can’t wait to come back.
