Worst place to stay … pls don’t book here…. No parking…. Very rude staffs….one of the worst hotel in Kolkata….. I won’t recommend this hotel to My friends and family……fraud hotel …………………………………………………..

WORST HOTEL.CHEAP HOTELS FAR BETTER.HOTEL STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION NO SECURITY NO RECEPTION NO TRAINED STAFF.Don't go by google reviews.The worst experience of my life.We checked in at 10pm but the room was not clean or ready.Someone use the toilet and not flushed.Had to get it cleaned after we checked in.Water bottles were smelly.Taps not working.Drilling sounds start by 9-9.30 am. Gave keys next day to get it repaired only taps repaired, room was not cleaned AGIAN. No change of towels or bedsheets same things pass on to next customers.Next day we were at a meeting 40 mins away from hotel and they made us come back to checkout even after we offered to pay extra charges.Very very insulting behaviour no regard for customers at-all.They told to us pay outside of *********** saying 24 hr checkout.But Room charge was 1500 asked 1900 for 4 hours late checkout where we checked in at 10 pm and we asked to check out at 4pm. They say check out is at 9am and extra room charges applicable after that which were ready to pay but 1900 is too much for 4 hours.Extremely untrained staff And have no clue how hotels work.Unsafe for women as any one can come up no security at all.No facilities No rules.Felt extremely insulted.
