The rooms were very clean, the room service was top notch. This place is very close to the lake mall and the nearest metro station is kalighat.

Honest and very cooperative staff - they even called me back after checkout and returned my gold ring which i had left in the room by mistake

Very friendly staff and very clean room, best for short couple stay and better than OYO. The room service boy was also very non-judgmental and gave us clean mug of water and showed us everything in the room and then no disturbance, checking out was also very smooth, there are girls in reception which is best for couples and boys do judge couples.

It was a nice experience staying there. Really loved it. No hassle in check in or check out. No one unnecessarily disturbs your stay. All sweet n nice. Moreover outside food is allowed. It was fun.

All was good. Only thing bothered me during checkout. As i had to wait for some time as they do their room check after signing out. That policy is a bit of a strech, according to me. I had a train to catch. I was not aware of their rule. It is kind of an insulating rule to the customer. Even if they had any last incidents regarding this, they should take step after checkout. Other than this policy, it's a nice place to stay. Staff's are helpful. I also had a booking error, they helped me throughout.

The deluxe room has a transparent window glasses which is a serious concern of guests privacy. The indoor unit of the ac is very loud and noisy. The duve cover where dirty when asked the receptionist to look into this they simply ignored the request with a denial

Excellent stay, well maintained and cordial staff. The rooms are pretty cozy and spacious. The city view from the 3rd floor is amazing.
