We always stay at maratha regency when we go to kolhapur. It's a budget friendly hotel with decently maintained rooms. The food is good with a very good breakfast.

Rooms clean, good bathroom, excellent hot water high pressure shower, spacious room. Mahalaxmi temple close by. Some famous dinning places also close by

No swimming pool
no gym
didnt get breakfast early before 8 am even when requested( bcos we had to leave early)

I paid 2600+ i was not mentioned as a non ac room, inf-act no non ac rooms are shown by make my trip, and on reaching there i was given a non ac room which i refused to take i had to pay an additional 784- for an up grade, most disgusting. I shall use all the social media to inform and nake people aware about this.

Coffee and whitener pouches were not provided, extra ready to mix tea was not provided and asked extra charges for the same

Nothing but room was not cleaned properly. Washroom had hairs on the floor. Water issue

Room shown in the picture is not matching with the actual. Room has old structure. Not justified with the amount taken. However no issue with the staff. Food is average. Hotel is near to railway station.

We stayed in maratha regency for 1x night. Self and my family were welcomed with a very bad experience, staff was not welcoming at all it made us feel very unwanted. We as guests could never make a request and even if we did we got a negative reply saying no for ever request. House keeping staff, restaurant and front office staff including the manager of night duty was very pessimistic. Feel sorry for staying there shall never recommend anyone to stay there, as i would never book at the hotel again. Rooms don’t have a clock kindly cater for it. Regard’s guests
