外部內部環境都非常好，房間也非常的大，性價比超級高，不會因為是中國的過年高峯期就漲價，畢竟基本全是歐美客人。早餐的選擇性非常大，午餐和晚餐有西餐和泰餐供選擇，沙灘餐廳也很棒，味道好環境好。spa專門在一棟別墅裏，有很泰式的茶點，總之非常滿意，性價比很高條件很好

環境保護的很好，已經是我們第二次入住了。與2019年相比，設施有點舊了，尤其是房間太潮濕，被褥都感覺濕濕的不幹，而且空調聲音太大，最小的檔位也很大聲音，要是有除濕器就好了。三個餐廳的餐飲水平還是不錯的。泳池在蘇梅島算是很大的了。spa很好。

這個酒店 國內人預訂的比較少 ～歐美人很多～服務確實不錯～這裏度過了完美的三天 酒店去島上很多景點都可以付費車接車送～最後一天我老婆的生日 員工還一起過來唱了個生日歌 非常感動。走的時候沒有吃早餐 還提前給我們打包好早餐

Отель как бы разделен на 2 части: одна напоминает тайские домики для семей и пенсионеров, а вторая это новая часть reserve. Для этой части конечно существующий уровень ресторанов слабоват.

Hotel situado numa praia excelente. Água sem pedras, numa atmosfera tropical, com sombras debaixo de coqueiros. Pessoal atento e muito simpático. Quarto excelente, e muito grande! Pequeno almoço podia ser melhor, comparativamente com outros hotéis na zona, mas é serviço num espaço virado para o mar, numa atmosfera muito tropical.

Огромный по площади зеленый отель, виллы утопают в джунглях. Великолепный пляж с бирюзовым морем. Превосходный сервис. В ресторане на берегу больше впечатляет вид, нежели мастерство повара.
Отель "поживший" - к примеру, никаких электронных ключей, ходите с огромным ключом с не менее огромным брелком. Хотя в этом тоже свой шарм.
Беда с тренажерным залом. Древняя мультистанция BodySolid, по внешнему виду старше самого отеля. Вложитесь уже в закупку современных тренажеров - отелю цены не будет.

酒店staff每個都很熱情很幫忙，有沒有小費都一樣。小童設施挺多，入住的家庭也不少，還是安排得井井有條。房間的細節做得也很用心，再來蘇梅會考慮再住。
