Ik had hoge verwachtingen van dit hotel en hoewel het strand prachtig was en de hoteltuin mooi, was het verblijf niet geweldig. Vanwege onze vlucht de volgende ochtend konden we het ontbijtbuffet waarvoor we hadden betaald niet krijgen, omdat ze pas om 8.00 uur ontbijt serveren. Na een enigszins onaangenaam gesprek kregen we eindelijk het aanbod van een kleine korting op de taxi naar het vliegveld de volgende dag en op enkele broodjes voor de ochtend. Toen we de volgende ochtend de broodjes openmaakten, zaten ze vol mieren en daardoor oneetbaar. Tijdens ons korte verblijf hebben we ook fruitshakes besteld. Ze hadden de bestelling verkeerd, wat oké was, want er kunnen fouten optreden en ze gaven ons uiteindelijk waar we om hadden gevraagd, maar toen probeerden ze ons te veel in rekening te brengen. De hele tijd voelde het erg ongeorganiseerd - we moesten uiteindelijk ook twee keer betalen voor de taxi (hoewel ze de t****e betaling wel teruggaven). Ik zou zeker in een van de andere hotels op Silver Beach verblijven!

This place is just beautiful. The bungalow was ready long before check in as we were early. The bungalow was so clean and just adored the open bathroom. The gardens were so well maintained with beautiful plants everywhere. The staff couldn't do enough to help with anything. The breakfast was amazing too. The location on silver beach was just perfect. I think it was my favourite beach on the island. I can't wait to be able to go back there. Suffice to say I didn't want to leave.

Where to begin…it’s the little things that make a difference. A hand towel to dry your hands after using the bathroom would be good. Instead we were told to use toilet paper. There’s no hooks to hang your big towel on in the bathroom. The tv didn’t work. The bedside socket was hanging off and didn’t work. The room was dark and dated. The “bar/restaurant” is so uninviting that we didn’t spend any time there. So much more could be done to make guests more comfortable, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. The staff tried their best but there are so many other nicer places to stay which are actually cheaper

Lovely setting with beach bungalows in a nice garden. Breakfast was really tasty - set menu but could order more than one item!
Beach itself is idyllic and great for snorkelling/kayaking.
Service was really good, especially a big shout out for the ice cream cake for my birthday!
Only downside to this place was that the bed was a little hard for us westerners, but aside from that, all good.

We stayed for 2 weeks at promtsuk and is was a really beautiful place. The bungalows are in a beautiful garden and less than a minute to Crystal beach front. The bungalow was clean and spacious. We had an outside shower, which was very special! The restaurant on the beachfront was fantastic, we had breakfast there and the food was excellent. The staff Lee, Sen, Tutu and I can't remember the ladies name, were so helpful and friendly and made our stay even more special! There are beachfront massages and pedicures which are great. The beach itself is clean, it does get busy, but There is always space, much nicer than Chaweng beach. We look forward to coming back here, it was truly paradise😀

No opinion about the hotel but the massages are really nice and the ladies doing it are very funny. Silver beach is a very nice place, more authentic than chaweng, and with a better touristic offer than coral cove which is very near. You can enjoy a bit of snorkeling, very safe for children as éventuellement on high tide, it's never deep nor dangerous.

Questo piccolo resort è molto bello e immenso nel verde, pieno di piante magnifiche e davanti alla spiaggia, lontano dal caos del centro dell'isola. La posizione è buona sia per raggiungere le spiagge principali con taxi o tuk tuk, a piedi ci vuole un bel pò... Stanze deliziose e pulite, bagno con tetto aperto molto grazioso, nello spirito libero dell'isola. Lo consiglio!
