這是妻子退休和三年疫情結束後我們第一次出國旅行，思拉瓦迪度假酒店是我們的最後一站，也是最期待的一站，因此還是想對這一站做個評價，也算是對自己有個交代。
總體還算滿意，但沒有達到完美。首先入住酒店的接待服務非常好，也很熱情，可以通過酒店APP進行語言交流，最初給我們的28號房間我不滿意，理由是離餐廳近，私密性差，泳池前的矮綠植遮擋視線，通過攜程的協調給我們換到32號，庭院中有顆樹，泳池邊也有顆大樹，雖然與宣傳的照片有差異，但我能接受，本以為能看到日出和日落，其實都看不見，或許是因為這種不完美無意間感受到這間房最大的優勢，是其他這類房間所沒有的，因為一顆大樹能遮陽，我們可以每天日間至少2小時以上盡情享受泳池的快樂，算是因禍得福。酒店的STAR餐廳環境非常棒，在那裡可以看到日出美景，特別是晚上用餐可以觀賞到日落西山和海上升明月的奇觀，遇見國內實習生帥哥是我們的幸運，他的優質服務希望能得到反饋。設施扣分的原因：衞生間左手邊臉盆的熱水龍頭有問題，這是不應該的。服務的扣分原因：早餐確實精緻，但服務稍差，對歐美客人能笑臉相迎，為什麼我們不行？離開酒店時的服務也比較生硬與來時判若兩個酒店。噢，差點忘了，酒店提供的免費小食中的coconut cookies非常非常好吃，據説是酒店自己做的，需要感謝酒店點心師。

This is a luxury resort. Our Jacuzzi deluxe ocean view room is beautiful and comfortable, good in size with a jacuzzi hot tub in the balcony. The hotel gives quests the warmest hospitality, from carefully made welcome desserts, fruits, snacks, and more than you can drink, nice brands of tonics, sodas, and fruit juices, and those will be refilled once every day. In some promotion booking plans, quests can have a set of free afternoon tea for two, however, it is enough even for 4 persons. All services are nice, and many extra items can be provided on request. The hotel has 4 restaurants, all have beautiful ocean views, with very nice settings in very relaxing atmospheres. The hotel has 2 infinity pools, and one beach, with comfortable, creative pool chairs. Everything in this hotel is really enjoyable, and we had a wonderful time during our stay.

這酒店性價比相當高，幾個餐廳的出品都相當贊（早餐、泰餐、西餐），而且開到晚上10點多，房間送餐24小時，相當貼心。另外有一個自己的私家沙灘，特別清凈適合發呆，而且可以直接下水浮潛，超多魚。

這個酒店絕對不值這個價格，我定的優美海景，五千多，海濱泳池標價四千多，結果優美還沒有海濱泳池好，真是亂七八糟，整個酒店設施陳舊，房間地板都很舊，游泳池是白色亞克力的，很low，攜程上首圖的美圖你是拍不出來的，酒店早餐是我最近住的酒店最好的，這個有一説一，但是五千多的價格絕對絕對不如康萊德，差太遠了，同樣的房型，泳池別墅的最便宜才一千多，完全被首圖騙進來的，到了酒店發現比較差，溝通退房，態度特別不好，堅決不給退，真他麼大爺，酒店排行榜不知道怎麼上去的

酒店很美，就是服務員衹會服務歐美人 不會英語泰語還是比較難溝通的！走的時候還説了本2023的掛曆，總算還是不錯的。

호텔 직원들이 친절한편이고 조식 또한 매우 만족스러웠어요! 뷔페도 있고 따로 메뉴를 시켜먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 신혼여행으로 잘 다녀왔어요^^

서비스도 좋고 전망도 좋습니다 시내랑 거리가 있지만 무료셔틀이 있어요ㅎㅎ
조식도 매우맛있습니다ㅎㅎ

Charming, secluded luxury escape. The staff, and the service overall, were attentive, friendly and always eager to help. Although slightly remote, it’s only a short taxi away from more lively areas if that’s what you want. The hotel itself is peaceful and perfect for ‘unplugging’. It’s not part of an international chain and that adds to the charm, with a friendly local feeling. It also means it’s slightly more rustic than your typical chain too.
We took a boat trip arranged through the hotel which was excellent. They also hired and delivered scooters for us at competitive rates. Probably the highlight was the in-villa bbq which was sensational. The food here really is good, with plenty of local options too. Although the onsite dining options may appear limited online, each of the 3 locations really delivered with extensive and varied menus.
A great stay.

Amazing hotel. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. Champagne and fresh juice as much as you wanted. I got a lobster roll and eggs Benedict. Amazing! Hotel room couldn’t of been better! The jacuzzi bath perfection. Hotel couldn’t do any more. We even bought the robe and flip flops they were that comfy. Overall the hotel was lush. Would 10000% stay again. The pools and beach were so quiet which was fantastic.
