De kamer is schoon en netjes, het bedienend personeel is vriendelijk welkom en legt uit, het zwembad is prachtig en het uitzicht is prachtig, de omgeving is handig, er zijn 711 en veel winkels binnen drie minuten lopen

Ik heb twee dagen geboekt om Chaweng Beach te ervaren, maar het hotel ligt op 20 minuten van het echte centrum en er zijn eigenlijk geen trottoirs, dus wandelen is niet handig of veilig. De kamer is relatief klein in dezelfde prijsklasse, en het hotel gaf ons de kleinste kamer, komt dat door boeking via Ctrip? Kortom, het is een heel verkeerde hotelkeuze, of het moet niet via Ctrip geboekt worden

Very very modern clean beautiful hotel. The pool area is just amazing. The rooms are new and clean 10/10. I will come back

Hotel is very nice especially the pool. The rooms are clean but a little bit small.
Location is ok, with lots of small shops and restaurants around.
Beach is really nice!

So the hotel is great.
But, we booked the old wing, because didn’t want the noise of the pool, and seems like the old wing totally separated from the new wing (in the beach). Looks old fashioned, not maintained well.
The breakfast is on the same side and if the guests of the old wing want to eat breakfast by the beach? They should pay extra, which is very weird.

Apart from signature burgers and breakfast. The rest was mediocre. The most appalling element was me and my partner were photographed by security entering g the hotel. And after check in they accused me of stealing a bathroom glass. They got it in the neck on both counts. Shocking trea**ent. Oh and a small number of vile tourists !

Clean and comfy room. Breakfast really poor and not worth it. Beach area is nice as is the pool area, only negative here is that it is a little cramped and congested. Overall the hotel is fine with many shops and restaurants close-by.
