Jammer dat er veel kapotte onderdelen waren. Er was een klein lek in de badkamer en de kracht en hoeveelheid water die uit de douche kwam was klein, dus het was een beetje ongemakkelijk om te douchen. Maar over het algemeen was de vriendelijkheid en service van het personeel goed.

Momenteel zijn we helemaal niet klaar om gasten te ontvangen.
De locatie is goed.
We kregen uiteindelijk weer een kamer toegewezen.
Als u in de nabije toekomst een reis plant, boek dan ergens anders.

Utilizing outdated photos for a misleading impression is, in my opinion, deceptive. The bathroom is antiquated and in disrepair. Checked in at 13:30, but my room wasn't ready until 15:15. When I requested compensation for the late check-out, the staff's response was that it couldn't be provided, citing a strict policy. The overall price and value do not align fairly.

Pleasant stay good breakfast selection, hotel is abit dated but sufficient. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Great location short walk to a massive shopping mall and lots of great bars. We went to the Duke a few nights for the live band which were really great and came to talk to us. Would Recommend that.

Lovely hotel and location in Chaweng beach area. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and walking distance to the Central shopping centre. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice. Good value for the money. Would recommend.
