Really helpful staff - they go above and beyond to help and make your stay comfortable. Resort is nice and tropical themed with lots of greenery. Great ocean views at the pool and restaurant. Only complaint is the gym has no AC and was too hot for me to work out!

Choć hotel ma swoje lata świetności za sobą to jest godny polecenia. Domki przy plaż to strzał w 10 jeżeli ktoś szuka ciszy i spokoju. Chętnie wrócimy jeszcze kiedyś ;)

Everything was great about the stay except that sometimes the key card won't work and the rooms were farther than the reception area which needed buggy so it was tiresome.

2년 반 전에 가성비가 좋았어서 좋은추억을 갖고 다시 찾았으나 예전과는 많이 달랐습니다. 아직 고객을 맞이할 준비가 안된듯 합니다.
늦은 오후 체크인을 하고 씻고 누우려하니 침대에 손바닥 반 만한 사이즈의 젤 덩어리가 뭉쳐있었고 젖어있었습니다.
전화로 얘기하니 하우스키핑이 퇴근했다고 하더군요
그래서 그럼 해결을 해달라고 와서 보라고 하니 하우스키핑이 퇴근했고 내가 젤 덩어리 치웠으니 내일 시트를 갈아주겠다고 하더군요?
어이가 없어서 이미 푼 짐을 다시 챙기기 힘들어 시트를 갈아달라고 하니, 싫은 티 내며 간신히 갈아주었습니다..
조식은 예전에 비해 종류가 너무나도 부실했습니다.
다만, 식당에서 일하시는 남자 직원의 서비스는 최고였습니다.
노라비치에서 가장 좋았던 건 맞은편에서 좌측으로 조금 내려가면 sp.group samui 라는 오토바이 렌탈샵이 있는데 여긴 강추입니다
아주 정직하신 사장님 입니다!
그리고 저희가 묵은 비치프론트 풀빌라와 연결된 한적한 해변은 좋았습니다.

Absolutely loved it! We got an upgrade to Villa and this was a quite an experience. Big bed, bathtub, balcony , peace, all you need. Breakfast was amazing and they provide scooters to rent! If I knew this I would definitely come here earlier! Thanks you!

This was my second time coming to this resort and it was as good as I remembered. The villa was well worth the money with an excellent view of the water. I would gladly go back again.
