Niet helemaal perfect maar bijna. Overdreven vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt. Geweldige locatie erg rustig maar toch in het midden van de actie. Complex met prachtige tropische tuin en geweldig uitzicht op zee. Strand en water erg leuk. Een reis waard! Ik heb altijd bewondering voor Aziatische gastvrijheid. Laat uitchecken werd ook mogelijk gemaakt - hartelijk dank aan het hele team

This hotel lives up to the standards of a Luxury Hotel.
We were very impressed with the staff at the Hotel.
There is a Chinese service at the front desk.Miss PeiPei`s service is very good.She speaks Chinese very well.
We would like to return to this hotel if we have hte chance to experience a wonderful holiday.

Very warm and professional service, great food. I stayed 3 nights with my family. we need to catch an evening flight, and I talked with Pei Pei, she helped to sort out late checkout which is very kind. Excellent experience!

The hotel is top-notch in the services, design and facilities. I feel so relaxed when I’m here. The staff made us feel like home! Highly recommended!!

Great hospitality and super friendly staff. The butler service is great and attentive. I tried the spa and the environment is relaxing and very clean. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay.
