Часто бронируем отдых на вилле и очень часто ожидание и реальность расходятся. Но не в этом случае! Вилла шикарная, бассейн чистый на 8-й день пребывания по запросу бассейн почистили в тот же день(на многих виллах этот момент является проблемой) а тут сразу и по звонку, уборка номера тоже отличная!Вид с патио открывается чудесный, сам дом очень просторный, кровати и подушки отличные! Очень продуманное и отлично организованное пространство!по поводу дороги к вилле: не такой там крутой подъем, дорога широкая машины разъезжаются без проблем. Сервис доставки до магазина и пляжей тоже есть. В общем отличный вариант для проживания я обязательно туда еще вернусь!

非常滿意 酒店在半山 除了上下不太方便 其他非常棒 服務五星好評 我們訂的兩房泳池 景色一流 非常不錯 下次來蘇梅還會住這裏

從位置到房屋設計到設施和風景，都完美。服務也很積極。泳池就在門口。
雖然上下山路很陡，仍然希望再次住在那裡。每天也有免費接送到臨近海灘

Stunning hilltop location, couldn’t ask for better. Watching the planes fly in over the bay, chilling in your private cool, absolute paradise. Quality meals if you’re keen to stay in, great staff, shuttle service to the local beaches.
Will return for sure.

住的三室一廳，風景No·1，服務No·1，除了上下山要提前和酒店約好時間，其他無任何挑剔的地方。適合一家老小及喜歡靜的人休閑發呆。可以用Grab送外賣，當然山路難走要多給一些小費。餐廳的食物也非常好吃，服務態度也特別好。值得一來，下次還會入住。

整體家居老舊 五星級服務並沒有服務到位 提前一天給前台商量好第二天六點半啟程 司機6:36來 我自己在grab打車 剛好司機來接 但是我已經喊到了garb 提前給到酒店500泰銖車費 卻沒準時到達 並沒有坐他們酒店的車還不退換這個錢 我就無語住了 整體旅程大大減分 路途也不便捷 必須上坡到酒店 傾斜度幾乎接近90 開車都很危險 就這樣！感受很不好

房間很大 都是獨立的 因為在山上 海景不錯 但是無法走到海邊。進出都要叫車 Grab上這個地點明顯貴 因為坡很陡 一般的車 還真的跑不上來 大家用車的話 儘量用酒店內部車 便宜很多

第一天入住的時候非常愉快，當天晚上的前台非常熱情的介紹所有事項，司機幫着拿行李到房間
但是，第一天換了一位前台後話費突變、圖中的小姐姐太高冷了，完全沒有笑臉，我問她可以看下最大的別墅？下週和下個月我們有兩個團隊來住，她説不行，然後月底和下個月要查一下是否有房，要看就在網上看（其實最近是淡季，入住不到30%，就是懶得帶我們看）上午出門前告知她讓阿姨搞一下房間的衞生，5點多回來和我説是忘記通知哎呀搞衞生了，並且超過五點就不能做衞生了！關鍵是完全沒有歉意啊、這是我最不能接受的、忘記了什麼並不重要❗️問題是之後的態度！第二天退房的時候收了兩次車費，仍然是同樣的態度，我入住的時候叫了出租車，因為酒店在山上，小車上不去所以出租車司機叫了酒店的車來山下接我，因為沒有做衞生的事我就問這個前台為什麼收我的錢，應該收出租車司機的錢，我是付費到酒店不是到山下的，這個小姐姐又是一幅不耐煩的樣子説規定就是這樣…所以必須差評
