Service, customer service, client oriented? It is not about this place. It is more how to make more money anyway. When u order a room and expect to have it, do not rush… it will be a random on the place during the check-in… they will give u a free room, even if it don’t look like u pay for… even lower level… The staff and manager was not friendly, they don’t want to find a compromise, to help… just 1 position and that’s all… The hotel is avg., and bc of that overpriced (ok, if u lucky and nice room/bungalow will be free, congrats! But better to choose another place). … we even didn’t have a hand towels, fridge (it was on the pics), and many many things but who cares?😄 Btw we had a Superior bungalow! Not recommended this place, never again…
