Baan Manali Resort

Heaven on Earth… so having read the multiple reviews I was skeptical as I’m very fussy 🙈🙈 so was weary & really worried. What an amazing resort, laid back, beautiful chalets, we had a deluxe sea view and boy oh boy did we love it 😍.. the rooms are spacious, the bathroom just perfect and the service is second to none. The quality of the food is beyond what you would expect and the staff and owners are so so polite. Don’t hesitate to come to this place, the reviews don’t do it justice

Baan Manali Resort is absolutely worth every cent you pay. Feels like paradise with beautiful cabins that are beautifully furnished. Awesome aircon, mosquito net and a fan. Brilliant staff and owners who make you feel so welcome. There is a bike hire shop right at the entrance so easy and convenient to get around the island. No hesitation recommending Baan Manali Resort.

It seemed like a campsite. Checkin was at the restaurant which was kids running around screaming EVERYWHERE. Room wasn’t ready so we waited a few hours and ate. Food I will say was delicious!! It’s on the water - or lack there of. More mud and not a pretty sight. Our room was in the very back and no one offered to help with our bags. Then it was up maybe 20 stairs. Hot. Room was basic. A cat came in and wouldn’t leave the room. We stayed for 15 minutes and went to check out. Moved to another hotel which was great. Sea Flower. Right on the actual water and had an actual hotel feel to it. This camp seemed to have a certain clientele and we weren’t it. I’m not sure who gave them so many stars. Bummed I lost all my money for the entire stay but in order to not hate Ko Phangan we had to change.

This place is amazing, very relaxed and has great food. The sunset at the beach is very beautiful. The staff is really nice and this place is just a 10 minute walk to the small town close to the pier with a lot of nice restaurants and bars.

Hi ...the setup is beautiful. Liad is friendly and talkativ. The Pool was constantly occupied by Babys and small children with their mothers. So not so inviting for us. I think its a real nice family place...but wasnt obvious for us from Infos we read on their website.

From the moment you arrive, this place is simply magical, from the location, to the accommodation, to the food to the ambience. I have stayed at lots of places around the world and this features right up there with the best of them. The vibe created by the hosts is simply wonderful and you will honestly relax completely from the moment you arrive. The beautiful beach and bay is fantastic for swimming kayaking of paddle boarding, beautiful Sandy beach with lovely warm waters. The accommodation is great and I guarantee you will have a lovely sleep in your perfectly sized villa. The food is fantastic as well. We had several meals over the 3 days that we stayed and all of them were delicious. The value for money is also something else, I would expect to pay considerably more for what is on offer at this magical place. My only disappointment is that we did not book for longer and will do next time we are back. We arrived here after 3 weeks on a luxury Villa in Koh Samui, but this place wins hands down in comparison. I highly recommend you include it in your must visit locations.

Baan manali is A very special place The view is amaizing The restaurant is beautiful The food is great The prices are fair Been there with my family a few times Liat and sebastian are very nice hosts and always with a worm welcome and a nice smile
