The lack of sufficient lighting outside at night posed a safety hazard, as my wife unfortunately tripped and hurt her ankle. However, it is worth noting that the resort staff responded swiftly and provided immediate assistance, ensuring she received the necessary care. While this incident was unfortunate, it did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience we had at Irene Resort. In conclusion, our vacation at Irene Resort in Koh Lipe was an extraordinary experience. The impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and the island's natural beauty left us with lasting memories. Pretty good but pricey

民宿水平，不過也是島上最好的度假村了…不好的點： 1. 水龍頭的水水壓不穩，水是鹹的！ 2. 硬件已近開始壞了，櫃子是翹邊的，花灑的卡座也掉了，馬桶也快壞了，服氣！ 3. 空調很不給力 4. 員工倒是蠻熱情盡責的，衹是動作有點慢…

酒店佔據很好的海灘資源，周邊環境很好，適宜度假。酒店設施相對於價格，就比較一般，房間無智能化系統，掛壁空調，洗漱用品不是獨立套裝……衞生方面，清理不及時，我們下午茶時間點餐到沙灘泳池旁用餐，直到第二天退房，都沒有員工主動上門收拾清理餐後餐具。最後説説服務，本來服務體驗不錯，但回國後發現錢包少了800人民幣。我們7號入住了樹屋，8號住沙灘屋，中途需要換房間，因為8號9點報了出海一日遊，所有行李寄存在酒店了，下午出海回來，服務員直接帶我們入住了沙灘屋。在麗貝、合艾、曼谷都用泰銖，沒有用人民幣，所以一直沒有清點過人民幣。直到10號早上回國，才發現包裏3950的現金，衹有3150了。整個出行，錢包衹有出海那天離開過我身邊，所以難以表述麗貝島上最好的酒店，居然會偷客人現金。出遊買了保險的，但由於今天回國才發現，也無法舉證。來寫這個點評，也是希望貴酒店給予重視，在高端酒店裡，客人貴重物品、現金遺失是很差的體驗感！

酒店很漂亮，價格也高，但是太不人性化，我們住了兩晚海景房，因為有急事要離島，後兩晚的園林房沒法續住，所以在前一天申請退款，工作人員始終不給退，多次請求無果，無奈衹有作罷！！太不

麗貝島最好的酒店毫無疑問，海景無敵，可以跟馬代媲美。我們住的樹泳池房在二樓，漂亮的大樹，漂亮的泳池，還有個閣樓可以坐着休閑看海。服務員會説中文，房間很大很寬敞，就是帶小孩的話不管你加不加床都要收2500泰銖，合人民幣500塊吧。一分價錢一分貨，也值了

艾琳確實是全島最美的酒店， but，除了美，性價比真的一般。 春節期間5000的房費， [弱]孩子到酒店要另加500人民幣的加床和餐費。 [弱]洗澡水忽冷忽熱不舒服，早餐不好吃， [弱]最惡的是螞蟻超級多，半夜我老公癢醒，發現床上都是螞蟻，害我後來都睡不着了。 [弱]最最氣人的是，我們退房離開之後，收到bill説我們mini bar消費了一瓶伏特加，刷我們120人民幣。這從何説起啊，打電話過去沒人接，郵件也被預訂部退回，衹能算了，莫名其妙
