Over het geheel genomen is het hotel zeer goed, zeer groot, met een zeer goede omgeving en uitstekende service. Het hotel kan aan alle behoeften van een vakantie voldoen, inclusief privéstrand, zwembad, trampoline, hangmat, diverse schommels van beroemdheden, gratis kajaks, shuttles en meer. U kunt het hotel om elke gewenste service vragen, en het hotel zal u helpen het op te lossen. Het enige nadeel is dat er geen Chinese service is en dat er kakkerlakken in het hotel zijn. De hygiëne van het hotel is nog steeds erg goed. Ik denk dat kakkerlakken onvermijdelijk zijn in Thailand.

De kamer is schoon, de badkamer is erg groot. Het belangrijkste is dat de service op elke afdeling goed is. Als ik de kans krijg om weer naar Koh Chang te gaan, blijf ik op dezelfde plek.

Algemene accommodatie en service zijn zeer goed. Oefen reinheid 1 Over het glas water Er zitten nog steeds vlekken op. Verder is het allemaal verdwenen. Iedereen die van privacy houdt, raad ik aan. Zeer goed.

Friendly staff. Nice location. Staff are really helpful. Nice breakfast. Nice facilties and private beach. Would recommend and go back again.

The hotel might be a bit old and the location might not be a plus point but the services and facilities that have been provided are excellent. At the hotel has swimming pool, pool bar, basketball machine, table tennis, kayak and paddle board. There is buggy service which really makes our stay are super convenient. To go outside, they also have the accommodated shuttle bus but since we drove there so we haven't had chance to use their transportation much. Our family was having such a great time there. The owner and his staff are very caring and look after the guests very well. We surely stay in this hotel again if we have chance to visit Koh Chang again.

Came here with a friend for a Christmas holiday and it was great. The guest manager was a delight and he was very personable, helping with breakfast and conversing with guests about places he loved on the island and life in general. He seems to actually love his job which is refreshing. The rooms were delightful and clean and the bath tub was so soothing as was the view. But note that the resort is at the top of the island so if you want to go to beaches like bang bao bay or lonely island you’ll have to hire a car or taxi. Luckily the resort helped us with that. A staffer named Q even helped my friend find a spot for a late night snack. Overall our stay was great. I would suggest adding a vending machine to the resort for snacks when the kitchen is closed as well as maybe having an additional shuttle available for beaches farther away to allow for guests to sign up to pay a travel fee that they could split evenly. (For example, Mondays is lonely island, Tuesdays you may go to bang bao bay etc). Other than that everything was easy and well accommodated. Would definitely stay here again.
