De locatie is goed, het ontbijt is heerlijk, de netheid is gemiddeld, net als bij normale serviceappartementen. De service is heel gewoon. Ik zie geen medewerkers glimlachen. Voor zover ik kan zien, is het alsof de eigenaar van de school meebrengt familieleden om te werken om te helpen. Het is een familiebedrijf en ontvangt geld van het bedrijf als hen wordt gevraagd of ze terug willen gaan en blijven. Opnieuw? Het antwoord is: laten we het ergens anders proberen.

Отель очень уставший. Грязно на территории, мусор, видно,что лежит давно, с момента пандемии. В бассейне отклота плитка, лежаки и зонты поломанные и.т.д. Но самый главный минус-в отеле воруют. Не рекомендую

De schoonmaak is gemiddeld, spinnenwebben en grote mieren in de badkamer Grote bungalow maar erg versleten Kussens van lage kwaliteit Handdoeken versleten en gaan kapot Zeer droog personeel Er zijn ook goede dingen: Goede locatie met uitzicht op zee Strandclub met zwembad en gratis hangmatten Cabinepersoneel erg aardig

This hotel was of chalet type, room was big enough for us, two adults and child 8yo. Nice and clean room, bath with shower and bathtub, big comfortable beds. Sea was very close from the room, just a few steps away, it is visible in my photos. There were many good restaurants nearby, not expensive, cheap massage spa also nearby (8 USD for 1 hour). Breakfast buffet was basic, but ok. Sea shore was of dangerous stones, better use special bath shoes, or we used to walk to the other sandy beach nearby, just a 5 mins walk. Rented kayak there to visit small island in front of the hotel. Hotel pool was quite big and nice, though staff at the bar did not speak English well and drinks priced a bit higher, than in the restaurants around. So we preferred to go out for dining, not at the hotel. We also rented motorbike at the hotel to drive around the island. There was elephant farm excursion, that we booked outside off the hotel, nice, riding elephant for 1 hour in the jungle. A few cons: hotel window door was loose, should be fixed. Stair handles were totally broken, dangerous for the disabled or older customers, not a problem for us though. No shoes allowed in the breakfast area, we were not used to such restrictions, though not a big deal.

Simple but nice rooms. Great location. Quiet. Nice pool.

The best experience on Koh Chang. We stayed in a superior sea view room 10 meters from the sea with a stunning sun set view. Great big terass shade all day and absolutely wonderful views. The pool was amazing, large and warm. Great sunset views and a restaurant on the side with drinks and food. Breakfast was rich and varied every day. Personal really nice and helpful. Five stars guys!!!!!!
