Nice boutique hotel. I had to change the room on the last night as I added an extra stay and the toilet was flooding before I even used it, but they fixed it quite well. Could easily hear people walking in the hallways, which could be an issue for light sleepers. Pool was amazing and right on the beach!

One week at this boutique hotel was a complete recharge for us! The hotel has a quiet beach, laid-back atmosphere, friendly super nice staff and a big swimming pool with comfortable chairs and beds around it. The daily happy hour was a big plus! And if you are into photography, the place is Instagram worthy with gorgeous sunsets. We would stay here again without any doubt.

Food was average at best, service slow. Stifling hot with lack of fans. But worst of all they cloned my card that I tried to pay on, having taken it away for 15 minutes and told me the card machine in reception was broken. I’d avoid this place at all costs.

I have been to Koh Chang a few times and have stayed in various places but Vayna has got to be one of the best places i have stayed! Nice modern rooms with VERY soft beds in what i can guess are newly refurbished rooms. Its beach front location is a winner! Surprised at other reviews here as we found the pool very clean and the internet excellent! Drinks and food menu are a little pricey but there are plenty of other restaurant options a short walk along the beach

Pretty good hotel in nice beach front location. I enjoyed it as it was quiet but its mostly older couples. The beach was nice and so was the pool. The food was ok but its only a quick walk out to the main road for more restaurants. Actually, Owens out the front of the hotel does great Thai food. Staff were ok but it was hard to get their attention sometimes. If you want a travel agent, massage or food I'd suggest using the local options out the front of the hotel as its cheaper and better quality. Rooms were pretty good and so was the breakfast.

We spent 3 weeks at VAYNA and enjoyed the time very much. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Room were clean. Breakfast was very good, a mixture of european and asian food. Massages available from 9 to 5 every day with extremely friendly and competent staff. Some more sun shades would be good as well as cushions for the beds on the beach. Once again thank you for your service and friendlyness 3 friends from Austria
