0 rating if you want to cancel the booking. Most unhelpful and arrogant ***agement. Had a bad experience while trying to change the dates. Very disappointed in the way the ***agement deals with such issues. Absolutely non-cooperative and not worth staying there. Small old rooms with restriction on hot water timing, very loud and uncomfortable.

Stay in the hotel was very nice for three nights.The ***ager,staffs all were good.But had a bad experience there .we gave the keys for room cleaning and went out for site seeing.By mistake we left our ear pods worth 5000/ in the room and after returning those were missing,searched for it but as usual didn't get it.We travel a lot but such an experience was first time in our life.After seeing good reviews we booked the hotel but this was really very very bad experience

Excellent service handling in room and hotel.They cleaned every moment in rooms halls and palkani all places very neet and good services provided.morning tiffen also provide with buffai.our needs all are satisfied them.Thk you.

Rooms were good but check in was long but checkout time was very short.. Also the porter *** who used to carry luggages were dominating.. please ask him to treat people equally.. Wi-Fi connection was lagging .. floors was not very clean it should be cleaned at least alternate days

good room. good help from reception for any queries. place is prime location to reach 7 road junction. lake is also near. only small disappointment is the biriyani taste in lunch is not having that authentic masala and its having less salt or something. Apart from that no issues for me.

Good location ,nice staffs, clean and nice rooms,complimentry break fast is good, near to main shopping and bus stand , room service is good, close to main road so some traffic sound is there over all we are all happy

Hilltop tower central location,All staffs house keeping,security, food server,especially ***ager Christopher is very caring for all staffs,food is extraordinary both veg and non veg,car parking secured,overall had budget and affordable with luxury stay in 3 star category.....

Good to stay here.. Staff was very polite.. Service is good... Rooms are neat and clean.... Location is good to stay... Balcony view is awesome..... Room interior is nice .... Hotel's Restaurant food is very tasty..... In breakfast dosa and idly and wada is very tasty.... We really enjoyed....

We stayed in hilltop towers kodaikanal . It is in prime location of kodaikanal. The car of the hilltop hotel reached in time early in the morning to pick up us from kodai train station. Rooms were spacious with aminities. Very pleasing staff and co-operative. Breakfast was good- mainly south Indian dishes ***** with juice , bread,butter, jam,coffee,tea. Both the vegeterian and non veg restaurants are upto the mark. Adjacent ice cream parlour is superb. Nilofar Jasmin, Assam
