Great rooms, great food, lovely atmosphere, lovely staff. They also have a club and a sports bar which also does karaoke nights, both had a great vibe. The location couldn’t be better as mostly all tourist places are nearby. Also, thanks to Roy for his hospitality.

Hotel is at prime location,I celebrate my occasion with lot of fun,staff was too good,service was fantastic,and hotel is also on prime location at fort kochi,we were participate of dj.and at the night awesome feelings,we always recommend this Hotel to all of you

Very bad experience. The bearer was interfering unnecessarily. Looked in an indecent ***ner and talked sarcastically. Food was not at all good. Price was very high. I am 100% sure that those who want to have food peacefully will not come again. Funny thing is that the number given in bill is not responsible. When called for complaining he says he is not related to the hotel. Later found the concerned person and talked. Replied that he will take action. God knows.

The service is fantastic. I had the presidential suite and it is very spacious and comfortable. I celebrated My husband's birthday and the staff decorated the room and offered wine. The location is awesome and everything is in walking distance. The breakfast at Quissa cafe was also awesome. The view from the room was very good. Market, Chinese Nets, Vascodagama square, Kathakali Center and every thing is just few minutes walk away. I will always recommend this room to everyone and would definitely go and stay there whenever I go to Kochi.

A hovel Arrived late evening our guide said 2 late 2 find somewhere else Went 2 room locked door put chair under door handle slept fully dressed Felt extremely vulnerable Would not put my worst enemy in this hotel Back end of no where This view must contain 200 units and I've got nothing else to say about it

Unfortunately the place is dirty including Room and linen, common areas. Staff just seem to sit on their phones all day not engaging with customers cleaning Horrible night club music all night Pool closed Best thing is the cafe and bar at either side however both need a deep clean
