I travel frequently to Kochi for work, and after staying at several places I found this hotel to be centrally located, with good-sized rooms and good prices. Amenities are self-serve and well-stocked. The breakfast while not cheap is very good and has quality food as pictured. Only gripe may be there is no on-site parking, but the parking lot they work with is only a 5 minute walk away.

房間很小但是乾淨，早餐是半自助的，飲料，主食，水果，湯，蔬菜色拉及一些當地特色菜可以自由取食，主菜可以選擇一份，非常好。唯一感覺不太好的是入住當天，因為颱風有大雨，到酒店時是12點，未到入住時間，問前台是否有打掃好的房間可以先辦理入住，方便換一下淋濕的衣服，前台服務員查了一下電腦，説可以付費1000日元辦理提前入住，儘管金額不多，但是感覺不舒服，以前在歐洲辦理入住時，如果有打掃乾淨的房間一般都會提前給房卡辦理入住。酒店按照規則辦事但是缺少人情味

Location here is everything as you are literally in the middle of the covered shopping street and Hiromie Market is 8 minutes’ walk away. There are also a myriad of izakayas, grilled bonito, sushi and ramen shops in the vicinity. Daimaru is a few steps away as well. The room was smallish but the beds were comfortable. Wifi worked well in the room. Do note they have smoking rooms/floors as well so do request a different room if you do not like cigarette smoke. The bathroom was tiny but had a bath. They provide a variety of bath ‘bombs’ with flavours like lavendar, grape and orange at reception. We requested for harder pillows and these were delivered within 5 minutes. They do have parking but that is located about 5 minutes’ walk away.

This hotel is in a prime location in Kochi, as it faces one of the shopping arcades, offering you with a lot of food options in case of rain. I paid a rate that included breakfast (which was very reasonable), and you get to choose one main dish and then there is a buffet section with rice, miso soup, salad and some other items. I thought it was pretty good value for this class of hotel. The room was a good size, although it doesn't really have much in the way of a view because the surrounding buildings look a little old and rusty. The shower temperature is finnicky. You have to let the water run for 30+ seconds before it settles down. As a foreigner living in Japan, I was pleasantly surprised that staff acted correctly in not demanding my passport or residence card upon check-in.

The rooms were great. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was quite good! We had a delightful time and recommend the hotel to others going to Kochi. The hotel location is excellent and walking distance to so many attractions.

久しぶりでしたがスタッフの対応はまずまずでした。 ◎報告の仕方や、報告し忘れがあった。 ・タクシーの予約結果をこちらからフロントにて聞かないと連絡し忘れている事が数回あった。 〇食事時にウエイトレスさんが団体が入ると言っていたのに、団体は来なかった。 （机に予約席と入れればいいのにと思いました。） 〇浴槽の水はけがシャワーの水量に対して満足できる状況ではなかった。 掃除してはくれたので少しは良くなったが、その後の対応は難しいとの事。 〇タクシーの予約は希望を聞いてくれて、他とも助かりました。 （一緒に同行した者が昨年腰の手術をしたので、ボックス型を必ず用意してくれてで大変助かりました。）

まずフロントのスタッフ方がチェックインの時スピーディで完璧でした！ 部屋も綺麗でゆっくり過ごせました 天気が悪く雨が降ってましたが商店街と繋がってるのでひろめ市場に行く時も帰りのパーキングまでも傘いらずでした！ 朝食も美味しかったです。ありがとうございます。 また次回もリッチモンドに宿泊します。
