We zijn verhuisd naar de suite. zeer goed.
Het eten in het gastronomische restaurant voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen.
De service is erg vriendelijk en beleefd.
De applicatie is erg goed.
Ondanks de corona zat de sauna op zaterdag aardig vol.
Luxe accommodaties zijn overal.

Na een lange autorit een warme ontvangst. We voelden ons meteen welkom. Een glaasje prosecco als ontvangstapperatief was onverwacht en een feest. De kamers het zwembad en de wellness zijn dik in orde en we hebben heerlijk gedineerd met vriendelijke bediening. Na een uitgebreid ontbijt zijn we voldaan en uitgerust verder gereisd.. een absolute aanrader.

Prachtig hotel met mooi buitenterras aan de moezel. Ook mooie sauna met Turks bad etc. Alles nieuw en mooi ingericht. Eten was ook prima! Helaas was de bediening rommelig. Ook uitchecken bij het hotel verliep rommelig! Hotel is zeker een aanrader!

Very nice hotel at the banks of the Mosel Great breakfast with daily fresh products and very helpful staff. Service was quick and attentive. Rooms comfortable and nicely furnished with all modern equipment and great shower. Fitness and wellness rather small but also not crowded, so comfortable enough. Good parking available at the hotel. If you wish to visit the Altstad in Koblenz you should have a car, there is no walking promenade from the hotel to the city center (approximately 3.5 km) For those enjoying nature walks, at about 10 km from the hotel try Rupertsklamm walk with nice views We enjoyed our stay

Absolutely stunning hotel! Felt very luxurious - we were only there for one night but really wish we could have stayed longer. Rooms beautiful and spacious, lovely pool and indoor/outdoor area to relax. Evening meal was superb. Definitely worth the five star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Only stayed for one night returning home to England, but we eceived a warm welcome and we loved dinner on the terrace overlooking the river. You have a great team - warm, friendly and efficient 👍

Wow, what a hotel! We instantly felt welcome, friendly and helpful staff who made us feel like king and queen. Upon arrival they offered us a drink, as non alcohol drinkers they made the effort to serve us a non alcoholic white wine. The room was thoughtfully decorated, large TV, spacious closet with enough clothing hangers, there was even an umbrella provided. Modern bathroom with all necessary equipment, wonderfully well-functioning rain shower. Everything extremely hygienic and perfectly arranged. Lights that can be dimmed, heavenly noiseless at night, no sound to be heard. Very thoughtful to place a personalized "HERZLICH WILLKOMMEN" card in the room. In the morning a very extensive breakfast and the possibility to have breakfast outside with a view of the Moselle. Thank you all for this great short holiday you gave us. We will come back for sure!
