My stay at the Graduate in Knoxville, TN, was pleasant despite the rooms being a bit too busy for my liking. However, I did appreciate the little touches, such as the antique phone and unique lamps. The theme in my room felt like it was trying to hard to me, making it difficult to sleep due to the busyness. Nonetheless, the staff was amiable and everything was clean.
The hotel's walkability was excellent, with plenty of options to explore nearby. My only criticism is that they only offer valet parking and no other parking options. Although I might opt for a more standardized chain on my next visit to downtown Knoxville, it was still a unique experience.

decor was unique, location was ideal. some things could use refreshing and my room was not spotless clean (when i moved things on bathroom vanity, i could tell it wasn’t recentlyl washed). it wasn’t horrible, but for the price they ask, i would think it would be nicer

I was only in town for one night, but I will absolutely be booking again for my next business trip. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful. The room was comfy and clean, the hotel itself is close to lots of food and bars.

Room ready at check in. Large bathroom - tub/ shower combo you don’t see very often. Beds extremely comfortable. Great location if visiting university of Tennessee. Highly recommend

Graduate Knoxville feels like "home sweet home to me". Everything is perfect from the staff to the fun, quirky decor. We love staying at this hotel!

Valet was friendly and helpful. The young woman at the front desk was so nice and so extremely helpful. The room was stunning and I’d definitely stay here again.

Was supposed to have breakfast, paid for it through *******, but staff doesn’t get there until 7am and serve until after. I am really disappointed

This hotel is very fun and full of Volunteer spirit- the staff is fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The main thing I did not like was the valet parking- and that was the only parking option. Very expensive, and each time we had to get the car, it was a minimum of 15-20 minutes. Very inconvenient. Once, I only had to get something out of the car, and had to wait 20 minutes for the valet to bring the car around, then immediately park it again. Really put a damper on things…
