food at 20 floor is very good

A view from room is completely different than was in pictures. Bad point is hard to find and understand where is a number from reception. No slips in number. Car parking is expensive and no clear marks of traffic direction and exit signs, when going up and down can meet another car comming up ahead in front your car. Good point is free swimming pool.

The lift is old and I did not felt safe there. Also, there are only 2 lifts, so, going down from the 5th floor was always by walking, because lifts were busy often.
Room was great, clean, I found there everything what I needed.
Location is great!
Breakfast was really good!

Ik zit blijkbaar in het oude gebouw, er is een nieuwer en hoger gebouw maar dit gedeelte heb ik niet gezien. Inderdaad het oude gedeelte is oud. Ik heb een kleine kamer en een héél klein badkamertje. Ze hebben wel hun best gedaan om het proper te maken en te houden. Mijn bagage heb ik op het 2de bed moeten leggen daar er geen plaats in de kamer is. Er is wel een kast maar ik laat bijna steeds mijn kleren in de koffer. Ze moeten dringend vernieuwen. Ik ben nu ingecheckt op de 12de verdieping in het restaurant. Op het eerste gezicht 👍, maar ik zal de beoordeling apart plaatsen. De ligging van het hotel is alleszins top, in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van het centrum en de haven.

The hotel is overpriced for what it is. Our room was called deluxe, but was so much used, carpets dirty and with stains. The bathroom has no heating, so in winter it was freezing cold. Breakfast was scarce. Reality is far from what is sold on internet. Not worth the price at all

Good place in town, but hotel itself bit outdated regarding furnishings, interior. Dark bathroom, but smell of old times :) Average, unless you take top floors with bay view, so at least u have a view, of course sea might be seen as well. What’s good, so a lot of places to eat if u not walking person.

Family Rooom ( apartment complex ) was really cold, old and smell of the room Was really bad. There was 2 air fresheners but it doesn’t help, it made it worse. Swimming pool area was dirty and old too. Restaurant 12 was really nice and had a nice view. Food was great.

We stayed here as part of a group. This hotel has two buildings. The main lobby and access to 4 star hotel and the second building home to offices and 3 star hotel. This apparently is old soviet building/ hotel. We stayed in the latter which actually was quite good. The room was on fifth floor and was a decent size with two comfortable single beds. The pillows were poor but this seems standard in Baltics. The room had good sized TV and desk with kettle and tea/coffee makings - a real plus. There was also a mini fridge. The bathroom was clean and modern. With hot shower. Initially the air con was not working but engineer attended to fix it. It was noisy but worked. The lifts in this building small & dark and jolted when stopping so bit unnerving! The breakfast in main building large buffet selection. Wi fi good. We decided to go to 12th floor restaurant in our block but the lift didn’t seem to work and so we walked up.As we went up you could see the old radiators but the door was blocked and there was oil on the floor so we turned back.
