Beautiful, park like grounds with spacious, lovely rooms. But the area where it was located was not very nice, the food was not very good and it took an hour to arrive at the table (although the staff were very nice)

Had the best experience of my life ,the rooms are spectacular 👌but what stood out for me was the Customer Service accorded to me by Tom in the Front Office very nice and kind guy ready to help at any time ! Pauline very hospitable lady, friendly and super understanding. Overall I loved my experience and I will be coming back soon and also refer Ciala Resort to my friends and family. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.....I had an amazing experience.

Perfect lil family getaway destination,good conference facilities, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. Good service too and the roomw were beautiful and well kept with beautiful views.All the amenities we're good too, a gym, pool, spa, bikes for hire...

One of its kind along Maseno route, full of nyanza taste, cool, excellent and modern. I loved it. The experience of fishing my own Tilapia for lunch was owesom and the restaurant is full of love, fresh air and warm reception. I will come again soon.

Everything is excellent. Is it possible to have one complete mattress on the beds? The ambience is the best for taking a holiday. The rooms are very clean. The pillows are very okay. The food is very delicious and the arrangement for the for, excellent. Keep up the wonderful job. The staff is very friendly and responds to customer needs aptly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience
