Flamingo Express Hotel

El Internet no sirve, se va o es extremadamente lento. Encontré una cucaracha grande, la mató y al otro día a las 8am pedí fueran limpiar cuarto, nunca llegaron; tuve buscar algún empleado/a de limpieza para fuera ya que también necesitaba cambiaran sábanas y toallas... nunca limpiaron mancha negra dejó cucaracha en el baño. El colchón cama no es cómodo. Si vas solo dormir luego pasear todo el día puede te resuelva.

We booked our room at the Flamingo Express due to us traveling with our boat for a tournament. We requested and needed to be on the boat and trailer parking side of the hotel. We didn’t know until check in that the water slides and hot tub are only included with the other parts of the hotel. We had access to the pool but the big fun Waterpark and lazy river area are much more fun for a 7 year old. We were offered to buy access for additional fees per person. Why not offer it to all your hotel guest? Otherwise, the room were decent. The theme parks aren’t close. 30 min, multiple toll roads both ways.

Property was conveniently located and accessible, room smelled musty think it was from the air conditioner

This resort is a hidden gem. I love that it has everything you need in one place like the water park, arcade, playground, bar, restaurant, laundry room and a heated pool. We have stayed here 3 times and im happy to see they made some renovations to property. During this stay the bar and restaurant were not open I believe because of the renovations they are working on. But I highly recommend for families it’s affordable and the kids had a blast.

I have stayed at this property many times in the past and it seems nicer now than it used to be very clean property is clean. Staff is nice.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel three or four times because of its proximity to Osceola Heritage Park. Over the course of the years, we can tell the owners are trying to update the facility to attract families by providing activites that children enjoy---game room, water park, activity center, movie nights. The common areas are looking very good and have improved greatly. The rooms were clean but could use updated furnishings and beddings.

The bed was very comfortable. However, I ended up with 2 queen size beds in my room and requested 1 during booking. I was put on the second floor when there were maybe 20 other guests there. I asked at the front desk for ground room do to health issues. The carpet and furniture was VERY out dated, The carpet was dirty. No room to watch TV and IT HAD A HORRIBLE MILDEW SMELL. I had to turn the heat on to dry out the smell. The wardrobe was peeling as well as the table. The only chair was an office chair and it was so low to the floor it made it uncomfortable to rest my arms on the desk. Coffee and microwave work great, but the fridge not so good. The sink leaked onto the floor so I put a towel down to keep the floor dry. Under the sink a tile was laying there so I left it there. Most frustrating though, (and i take the blame) checking in early did not happen even though were only about 10 cars in the lot. I arrived early, 12:30 pm and finally able to check in at around 3pm. I have just never encountered anything like that in all my travels. The lobby and the grounds were very well kept. P.S. The restaurant MEMO's has great chicken wings. good food there.

The room (3311) was clean and comfortable. The only negative was being placed right near an elevator that made a terrible squeak and grinding aound every time it was used.

The elevator in my building is in serious need of servicing. The mechanism makes a horrifying noise every time it is operated. I also saw other signs of deferred maintenance, such as chairs with missing back rests that were covered up with decorative material. The staff were friendly and helpful. it is a 3 star hotel with a water park. The price is right.
