這個酒店是我在美國期間住的最好的酒店了，房間超級大，客廳也夠大，兩個衞生間，廚房設備應有盡有，還有洗衣機烘乾機，在外出差所有的衣服都洗乾淨了，好烘乾好了，超級棒的酒店了

This place is pretty good for this price range. We live in Tampa and come this way often. You have quite a range of options. I think we've stayed in like 30 places over 20 years. This location is good. Anything you could want is close. Like everything else in this area it has some age but they have renovated and still are really. Some places around there are not. Three pools which is nice. Kind of a cool area that has butterfly garden. Can't say I've seen that before. Easily worth the price

We stayed here on our Anniversary getaway. The staff was great. They were pleasant and were great about answering pur questions. Our room was very nice and clean. We plan to come back next year.

We were there only one night. Looks like plenty to do. I think the building we were in was a bit older but it's been renovated and nicely done. Much of that area is kind of like that. We were upgraded to much larger place than we needed. Our only issue is..we got in kind of late and wanted to get pizza delivered. There is a magnet on the fridge for such and I called the only number I could find it gets you to the Westgate Resort service. I kept pushing options but gave up and went to Bw3. We'll stay again...but bring our own pizza!

I enjoyed the sauna she the cleanliness of the room. I didn’t like that I chose a room with a hot tub and it didn’t work.

This was a great property. Our room was spacious and even included a washer and dryer. We were very comfortable and it was easy distance to restaurants and Epcot. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

The hotel itself was clean and quiet. The staff were mostly courteous except for house cleaning, who knocked on our door even with the do not disturb sign on, while we were still sleeping and well before the actual check out. I also just discovered they charge a “late check in” fee of about $90, which nobody mentioned to me at check in and which has appeared now on my invoice/bill. I understand the fee but would’ve stayed elsewhere under the circumstances. Not a great way to build trust with your clientele. Won’t be back because of it.
