De kamer was en de service was geweldig. Ik vond het geweldig. Helaas toen ik 's ochtends wakker werd, had ik pijnlijke beten over mijn enkels en voeten. Later ontdekte ik dat het bedwantsenbeten waren.

Hotel zit op loopafstand van The Old Town en kermis. Leuk als je daar een of twee dagen bent. Het ontbijt is pover. Alles plastic en styropor bordjes weinig of geen beleg, goede koffie. Receptie wordt door hulpvaardig en vriendelijk personeel bemand. Eerder in- en uitchecken is mogelijk. Nette schone kamers, goede bedden en douches.

Hotel is goed, kamer wel wat gedateerd maar netjes. Het bed was echter veel te hard. Het zwembad was uitstekend met voldoende ligbedden. Personeel was erg aardig.

The breakfast was very good and staff was very nice. Thebrds are not the most comfortable and the roof was not very clean. The pullout couch had mold on it and there was what looked like pet hair in one of the beds. If not for the friendliness of the staff this could have easily been 1 star

Was very happy I read the reviews and selected this hotel. Everyone working there was happy and a pleasure to talk to. Was located in a great location. The price was great

We always come to this hotel when we visit Kissimmee, this is our 4th visit. This visit and the last one we have experienced toilet problems. The last visit was a disappoin**ent because they switch us from a really nice suite to a regular room. The problem is that we always unpack, then the toilet has issues we dealt with it because we didn’t feel like packing our things and moving to another room. Next time if we ever come back we have to make sure the toilet is in functioning order.

The hotel was so humid inside that the room was wet, and the surrounding area was like a carnival. The elevator barely worked.
