Good location. Close to high street and shops. Being provided an accessible double room, which was different from the booked room type.

very nice location. food was delicious and room was quite clean. but check in hour wasn't comportable.

The location is good 5 mins walkable distance to city centre.Many shops and martlet nearby.
The room is clean, the bed is big, everything is acceptable.
Quiet room good for sleep.
But there is no refrigerator.

Convenient location where you could enjoy the shopping nearby the hotel. Price is comparatively reasonable. They offered free breakfast for my son as well which was surprised👍. Will consider booking this again definitely.

衞生整潔，. 酒店大廳看起來很舒適，房間床品舒服，房間物品齊酒店服務態度好，前台熱心幫助，辦理入住和退房都很順利，房間乾淨整潔

入住時，房間清爽。
但是跟前台特別説明瞭要每天打掃房間，竟然可以連續三天都不來房間收拾，真的是無語。
晚上衹能去前台要洗澡毛巾，也沒服務人員，得等上兩小時才送。英國的酒店服務是真不敢恭維。
