Picked hotel for price and location. No staff at the desk after we checked in. No room makeup after day one . Blamed Covid. Rubbish. Bathroom fan was filthy. Sink stopper was missing. Requested another never got it. Heater in the room sounded like a Hughes 500 helicopter. In order to sleep, we shut it down upon retiring. At it was February in BC Canada in the mountains, room was frigid in the morning. We could not eat the breakfast of toast, cereal and muffins due to dietary restrictions. No credit given. Would never stay here again. Would drive the 25 minutes to stay in Motel 6, Wyndham, etc. These hotels are cleaner and cheaper. Old dump

Op de foto’s zag het er mooi en schoon uit. Ze hadden te weinig personeel. Toen we aankwamen was de kamer niet klaar wat niet erg was maar toen hij klaar was was niet stof gezogen en het beddengoed was niet in de hoes gestopt maar alleen op het bed gelegd dus dat heb ík zelf gedaan.
De afstandsbediening van de tv werkte niet goed en er waren maar weinig zenders. Er kwam iemand naar kijken maar er werd geen optie aangeboden of een andere afstandsbediening gegeven.
We waren met z’n 4en op de kamer maar hadden maar een handdoekenset en een mok. Om de rest moest ik vragen.
Het “ontbijt” was heel erg karig, bijna geen ontbijt te noemen maar wat snacks.
Toen we aankwamen kreeg ik een rekening maar er was meer afgehaald dan op de rekening stond, voor de creditcard betaling werd mij gezegd. Dit was voor het eerst in twee weken tijd in Canada!

It was mediocre. Continental breakfast was terrible. No outlet to plug in phone by your bed and rooms were dated.

Never anyone at front desk either time we stayed. Quite old, takes a long time for water to heat up but rooms are clean which is the most important.

The Lodge manager Kevin was super accommodating and helpful which made our stay. We had a large family gathering and he arranged the rental of the breakfast room for our group to have a place to hang out in.
The hotel is currently under renovation but I am sure will only improve with time.

The lobby was bug and open, looked beautiful with all the Christmas decorations. It definitely is a different kinda hotel, the price was really good, breafast till 11 which was nice. I will definitely use this hotel if i ever go back to Kimberly.

I am so impressed, the folks here were so kind and inviting. To say my stay is easy is an understatement, everyone has been wonderful.
The room is wonderful and full value for everything.
I will definately be back for skiing later this year.

This property is not at all what is portrayed on *******. I use ******* for ALL my bookings and travel and I have never arrived at a place and been so disappointed. I believe this property needs to be removed from ******* as an option, it is not a place anyone would want to stay. It is like a homeless camp, with everyone hanging around in the back of the motel. The restaurant and bar are not open or functioning, the elevator is not easily accessible, there was not one thing that would make me actually stay at this property. We did not stay here, we had to find another place to stay after arriving at this property and witnessing for ourselves the absolute uphauling condition it is in.

Uppon arrival my envelope with my reciept was on the counter with my name on it along with three other occupants, in that enveolope was the rooom number and door code, anyone could have opend the envelope to find my room code and came in while i was sleeping or while i was gone the next day. Went to the room and found the hot water tap was running continuously so the bathroom was steamy making trhe room damp. the taps in the tub leaked the whole time i was not able to tighten it enough shut it off.
