Hotel room is huge for Japan. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff is friendly and nice.

There are 2 Daiwa Roynet Hotels in Kumamoto, so we took a taxi to the wrong one! Fortunately, they are walking distance from each other. The taxi driver cannot read English, so you need to be clear that it is the Ginza Dori one. It is not near to the railway station, so tram ride is needed. We took a taxi because there were 2 of us and 2 large bags. I like the room size because of our large suitcases. There are many restaurants nearby. We love this place

飯店下面停車位很少，需要把車停比較遠的停車場，這點比較不方便，櫃檯人員會中文很好溝通，房卡需要自己去機器按出來，房間很乾淨，有浴缸，早餐是自助式的，有一個主餐是每人一份的番茄雞肉，服務人員很親切😊

酒店服務及員工都很好，員工好nice，入住及退房都很快，唯一就是自駕遊很不方便，停車場沒有位要自己找附近停車場泊車，距離大約5-6分鐘。周邊有很多美食及便利店。

比起福岡的同一家酒店，這家佈局更合理，房間也大一些。就在銀座通，周圍吃飯很方便，到熊本站走半個小時，A線有軌電車可以到。

1.服務人員態度良善，會推銷高樓層高級大家庭房，但不強迫。
2.房間跟多數商務飯店一樣偏小，如要打開行李箱，就沒有走道空間。
3.飯店準備的備品很多，非常貼心。
