Al bijna een jaar geleden verbleven en nu zijn mijn award points nog niet bijgeschreven. Mijn lidmaatschapsnummer wel drie keer doorgegeven. Omdat ik toch bijna twee maanden in dit hotel ben verbleven is het puntenaantal zeer substantieel. Anyway, genoeg reden voor mij om dit enigszins overgewaardeerde hotel links te laten lagen bij een volgend bezoek aan Kigali.

Gelegen op ongeveer 20 minuten afstand van Kigali International Airport. Het hotel biedt een shuttle service aan op elk gewenst tijdstip. Het hotel ligt in een beveiligde omgeving bij het Kigali Convention Centre. Hartelijke ontvangst bij de receptie. Kamers zijn ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien; badkamer met apart toilet en douche, ruim 2-persoonsbed, televisie met diverse Internationale kanalen, bureau, koelkast, koffie & thee faciliteiten. Balkon met stoel aanwezig. Ontbijt is zowel continentaal als lokaal en zeer ruime keuze. Zwembad, sauna en sport faciliteiten aanwezig. Nabijgelegen shopping mall (Kigali Heights) kan via een hek betreden worden, er hoeft niet ingelopen te worden

I'm nearly back at the Radisson Blue hotel and Convention Centre Kigali. I had the nicest experience ever during my previous time in Kigali. I need more time to fully appreciate Kigali, a stunning city. I appreciate Mutesi Gloria and her team at the Bar for the wonderful services especially when a drink is ordered!

The Hotel has comfortable rooms and good food. I am appreciative of the services rendered by the management of Kigali Radisson Blue hotel. Gloria is the best at organizing lounge bar services; the hotel administration deserves praise for choosing such exceptional staff.

This is the best place to stay!! the staff are really knowledgable and helpful. Madam Gloria does a fantastic job representing Radisson blue hotel Kigali. The drinks ordered received on time and breakfast brunch buffet was fantastic, and the property is stunning. When you are in the cleanest city Kigali, Radisson blue is the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel Kigali and can confidently say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Clean room, happy and friendly staff, beautiful view of the city and nice drinks at a well organized Bar!! thanks to the management and to the team working at the bar...Gloria and her colleagues are exceptional..

I was grateful for the excellent service I received at Radisson Blue Hotel Kigali. Any request made was met with high efficiency and friendliness without any hesitation. I want to thank Gloria Mutesi and her fellow group who looked after us. She did a fantastic job. Rwandan culture and customer service are so high.

Great experience, with a warm welcome, great staff, very helpful and service minded. Jean-Claude at the front desk was most helpful. Centrally located, easy drive to the airport, great facilities. Look forward to a follow up visit to this great country.
