As a Spire Elite member, I would give this Holiday Inn 4.5 points (for an Eastern Europe hotel): 4.5 overall (small rooms, no pool), +0.5 for exceptional reception (politeness, member upgrade and loyalty suggestions) and -0.5 for room service drawbacks (limited 24/7 dishes although during pandemic room service has to be stronger than normal, incompetence of room service staff regularly suggesting that 24/7 items cannot be served before 11 am and dishes served cold.
