Always a great place to stay.
Food good at there beach front restaurant, breakfast is adequate but could be a little more veriaty.
Rooms clean and staff polite.

Is nice place to stay for backpacker, with your partner or your spouse, they give us good service, the breakfast completely good, all the utility inside the room works good, the beach is really near is just front of the resort, the good time to take a relax is the sunset, i may back there some day

ต้อนรับดี มีเวลคัมดริ้ง ติดหาด บรรยากาศดีมากๆครับ
แต่ห้องไม่มีอ่างอาบน้ำ อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยหลากหลาย
โรงแรมมีกิจกรรมเยอะ ลืมสายชาร์ตโทรศัพท์ไว้ โทรกลับไป 2 รอบ ให้ช่วยหาให้ หายเงียบไปเลย 555 ไม่เป็นไรเป็นความผิดเรา แต่ชอบมากๆๆๆๆ นอนสบาย เตียงนุ่มเกินจนเจ็บหลัง

The Villas are a short walk from the Resort, on the other side of the estuary. They are very spacious and also very private, as there is a wall around each Villa. The public pool is rather small, but the bar and restaurant are nice. We have had better food elsewhere, but the staff is very friendly.
The beach is public with a few bars, restaurants and Thai massage places as well as surf and sub rentals.
Overall not one of the nicest places we have stayed in Thailand, but good value for money.

A lovely resort located further up from the Khao Lak centre, on a quiet sandy beach with a couple of fabulous beach bars and restaurants just a walk away.

Terrible location, it’s miles from anywhere else, the only redeeming feature is the great beach. The staff at the main bar and restaurant have a serious attitude problem, the service in the Villa restaurant is also terrible. The rooms are dated, we had problems with the electricity not working, the ac was loud. The available food and drink options are poor, and over priced. You’d be much better off in any of the other resorts closer to Khao lak.

Firstly we would like to say we loved our stay & would highly recommend this location & hotel.
I do however have a few small things that could be fixed or executed a little better.
First leading into our room was a long hallway that durning the day didn’t have any lighting at the time which made seeing a small step heading into our room very hard to see.
Now I know it’s daytime & you do have natural light but I think to make things safer for older & less mobile people the more light the better.
Now the lights do switch on around 7pm-8pm which is perfect but think during the day the atomic light just outside your door should be automatically set when you move towards your door.
Also a very minor thing & I know this is a tropical beach hotel.
But we did have a few mosquitoes & when we spoke to our lovely daily cleaner she kingly sprayed & put a plug mosquito killer in the wall socket that worked perfectly.
These are the little things I think could be fixed but like I said my wife & I had a great relaxing time & the food drink & overall experience was just perfect.
Will stay again & certainly tell others 😃😀
