Al Salam Rotana Hotel

Al salam hotel exceed my expectations, all services were super professional . Location, staff, quality and warm welcoming . Food and room service, the room cleaning as well as the amazing swimming pool . The unique wall of culture that they have. All in all it was a great experience. Highly recommend this place. Very organized and clean, the only problem they can't accept Credit or Debit Card, you need to take cash money with you. Their food is very clean , always with Buffet, Room was very clean and taking care of, Staff very polite and friendly

Wonderful stay and an excellent well-managed property! Khalid from concierge went above and beyond every time he was around me, as were Asaad, Moataz, Al-Nazeer, and Khalid from the restaurant, they were all superb and so on top of it! I’ve seen a lot of talented customer service/hospitality professionals, but these have to be my favorite so far, they really stood out. Ahmed from the front desk was also really helpful and explained everything so well, as were Hanady, Nadir, and Rabah. Thank you Al-Salam team for a tremendous 2-week stay!

If you want to stay in a REAL 5Star hotel, stay at Al Salam. Treat yourself. I have stayed here on several occasions and each time is better than the last. Recently I stayed at the Radisson Beach, Larnaca, which also claims to be a 5 star hotel. Compared to the Al Salam it is a one Star, at best.. Everything about the Al Salam is perfect...the rooms are perfect, the bathroom is great, the laundry service is amazing, the food is excellent, the staff are the best, the gardens are beautiful. I will be back shortly...just to enjoy a REAL 5Star hotel.

I am currently staying at the Al Salam Rotana hotel in Khartoum. I must say that this hotel is a wonderful haven in an otherwise haphazard city. The staff here are truly excellent and cannot do enough. The one facet I would like to emphasise is the food and beverage department. I really look forward everyday to the incredible buffet spread that the hotel puts out. The presentation is excellent, the variety amazing and the food itself is absolutely delicious. I am never disappointed, whether tucking in to the delicious soups, or the 40 salads or the wide variety of cooked meats and stews. The pastries and deserts are also beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Whether you’re looking for a place to stay in Khartoum or a place simply to have a meal, come to the Al Salam Rotana.

The hotel's service is unmatched. The staff here are some of the nicest, most helpful, and professional that I have ever come across. I travel a lot for business and have been a guest at many hotels worldwide and the staff here truly make this hotel from reception to housekeeping, to the concierge, to room service and the restaurant. During a recent stay, I became ill and stayed in my hotel room to work rather than going to the office. Basheer, the room service manager, was incredibly caring and accommodating during this time, offering to make anything I needed while I recovered, sending a fruit plate when I didn't have an appetite for anything heavier, and always asking how I was feeling. I really appreciated the care and support and attentiveness of the staff here.

Amazing hotel Lovely people from the moment you enter especially Salah.and his amazing genuine smile. The staff are well trained and hospitable. Food is prepared just like mom’s . Great place and people ❤️
