Boat to Key West never left. Weather. Now Heron House won’t give my money back. Not a good experience with *******.

Roman was great. very helpful with the area. The room was nice but needs some TLC. Shower head allows very little water out. Hot water was fine. The bed had issues, likely with the frame. We do like really firm supportive matrasses. This one was softer than I like. Again personal preference. There was some broken tile on the floor that needs attention. In the bathroom the vanity & faucets need replacing. Looks like someone dropped something heavy into the sink & cracked it. Breakfast was pretty much a standard continental type. Overall we would stay again, but in a different room if the items needing attention are not fixed.

Very quaint lovely accommodations. Roman was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. Used bikes for our transportation, location was perfect too.

Clse enough to Duval to be convenient but off the beaten path enough that it's quiet at night. Rooms are spacious and staff is super friendly.

Bathroom fixtures were nearly antique and not conveniently located. The air conditioner (window) blasted toward the shower and sink. The steps were uneven and poorly lit. The light at the bottom shined directly into your eyes as you went down. Bed linens were worn. The location is great but the place needs some updating.

Roman. The front desk manager, made our stay most enjoyable! He was so kind and friendly? And he went out of his way to get us an upgraded room! He is an asset to Heron house Court

Property was good however our room was terrible. No place to put luggage or set things on. Especially in the bathroom. Room was clean but walls needed repair and painted. Grout was missing on tiled floors. Our bed was awful. Looks like they put a think foam topper on an old mattress and toilet was very low to floor making it next to impossible to use for older customers. Tv didn’t turn off.
