The trip was nice. Staff was nice and professional. We did mention the shower floor condition was not good, and they removed the resort fee for the stay. They mentioned they are going thru come updates in the bathrooms and redoing the grout and caulking and tried to clean the floor as best they could. The bed was a little hard and may need to be changed in the very near future.

This Hotel is in a great location. Close to restaurants and the boat terminal. Staff was helpful. I expected better for the price, and the resort fee is a joke at $50 per night. The room has a coffee maker, but I had to ask for pods. I had to ask to have the bath gel refilled in our room. No towels at the serenity pool, my husband went to ask for some and they said they we will bring you some...60 plus minutes later they brought some. I mention these small things because that's why you pay a resort fee. They were very helpful arranging a taxi for us. Not sure I would stay here again.

Nice place but overpriced. The walls between rooms are so thin that you can hear the neighbours talking. The ac thermostat didn’t work properly. It was either on full blast or off.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean & comfortable. The robes were very nice. We rented bikes & the concierge was very helpful.
We found the resort itself to be clean & there were workers making small repairs to keep the place looking nice. There fruit infused water available in the lobby which was very nice.
We will definitely be staying here again.

I have stayed here for many years and I am not sure if there has been a change in management, but this time my visit was not a pleasant experience. I had booked 3 rooms and spent $5k for Thanksgiving weekend. I don't think any of that mattered to the front desk. They were not friendly and called us at 11:05 to threaten to charge us for additional stay because we hadn't checked out by 11am. I should have just requested late check out, but a courtesy call offering late check out would have been a better approach, instead of threatening to charge us. The $40 parking and $50 resort fee also seems was over the market price in Key West. We ignored the negativity of the staff and had a blast regardless.

The only issue I had was when I asked for my upgrade from my booked harbor view to harbor front the lady at the desk said it would be 30.00 extra a night , when I told her I get a free upgrade she then said it wasn’t available. I knew it wasn’t the truth because if I paid for it then it was available. I don’t like ******* offers the free room upgrade because there is no reason for the resort to do that . They can easily say it’s not available when it is available. I’d I wanted to pay the 30.00 extra a night then it was available.

The hotel is clean, and the staff was great. My only complaint would be the noise. You can hear people talking and moaning through the walls.

The staff were all very friendly and nice. The drinks at the pool bar were good and reasonably priced. the grounds are clean and well kept and the hotel is walkable to Duval and lots of good restaurants. The only negative I have is that my wife and I both found the bed to be uncomfortable. I would still stay there again and would recommend it to anyone going to Key West.
