A very comfortable room in a great location close to Kew Gardens. Great pub food and wonderful staff who were very attentive, friendly and kind. Lots of extra touches in the room with the coffee machine, variety of teas, cookie and fruit. A special mention to Alicja on reception…great customer service….Thank you Alicja.

Location also perfect for us with Kew and Brentford fc so close by.

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. Can’t complain about a single thing. Ideal carpark.

The hotel was brilliant altho you can see small signs of wear And tear. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left. We plan to come back. Thank you very Much, A at reception and the rest of the team

We stayed at the Coach and horses because we were visiting Kew Gardens. The entrance (Elizabeth gate) is only 5 minutes walk away. The staff are lovely, knowing it was the wife's birthday they left a card in the room for when we arrived. Very clean. The food was good. A bit noisy due to being in the flight path for Heathrow Airport. The river Thames is not far away and you can walk along the river into Richmond.There is secure parking under the hotel but spaces are limited. Definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel - couldn't fault it. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Excellent location. Comfy, clean and cosy room with very nice ensuite shower and minibar & hamper.

Superb all round. Great location, staff are really friendly and helpful, room was faultless, atmosphere in the bar was lovely, secure parking was a bonus, and great value too. First class, will be back!

Great room, friendly staff, especially Alicja who was excellent, and went out of her way to be helpful. Nice food in restaurant. Very good value and in a lovely location, short walk to Kew Gardens.
