Beautiful. So clean and tidy! Quiet and comfy. Wonderful hosts. Well within walking distance of Main Street attractions.

I always like going to cheap B&B’s, that not many people are aware of, or want to avoid and while I am aware that Keswick is a place that attracts many mountain climbers, tourists and walkers, having stayed here back end of July, I can see why other hotels looked more appealing and had more guests. Don’t get me wrong, First impressions were fabulous not to mention the place was immaculately clean however, the entire interior was extremely old-fashioned. breakfast too, was not 21st century standards, only served for half hour period from 8:30 in the morning to 9 o’clock. (other guest accommodations surrounding (other traders, served two boats throughout the morning for two, separate hours) I wish I could say that was the end of it, but unfortunately, I can’t as breakfast to me, was a bit too cold for my liking ; Yes, not everybody likes negative criticism, as the saying goes ‘ bad feedback can go a long way toward improvement’ except when confronted the host was incredibly rude and couldn’t wait to get rid of me. having toured United kingdom (specifically Scotland and England) on 10 separate occasions, since 2018 i suppose you could called me an experienced traveller, even despite being autisticlly neurodivergent, being rudely told otherwise, feels like an insult. Being part of Gen Z as well, made me feel very uncomfortable with how badly dated it was, more tired than Doctor Who’s TARDIS, itself continuing to be updated every now and then. Move on from this place quickly

Lovely, clean b+b and near to Keswick town centre yet so quiet. Very nice and friendly owners. Enjoyed my stay in this b+b and would definitely stay here again.

Great warm welcome from Alison and John, I wanted to be based centrally in the lakes for a walking trip without spending a fortune and Lindisfarne ticks so many boxes. Clean, comy bed with a small TV, shower, tea / coffee facility & towels though wierdly ******* said there was neither? Room itself wasn’t very big but cant complain as its a value B&B. You aren’t getting better value really without bringing the tent over! Breakfast was fantastic for the price too, would stay again!

Squeaky clean, well decorated. Friendly staff, beautiful views. Not much room in bedroom,should have had single rather than double bed. Would definitely stay again.
