Pyramids Resort by Jaz

I stayed at the hotel in May 2024. I was very pleased with my stay here. Well-maintained beautiful territory. A comfortable room. It's all clear. Special thanks to the staff for the service provided, everything is at the highest level. I especially want to thank the reception staff, Mohamed and Alaa, who solved all my questions and helped me a lot. I will return to this hotel more than once with great pleasure.

Excellent friendly staff and the buffet breakfast was amazing a lot of opinions. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area and bar are great. The Hotel is located in the quiet area, perfect for me to rest after a busy day excursions. The landscape was beautiful.

We enjoyed our couple of nights in the resort, a real oasis in Cairo. It’s not handy to any shops or local restaurants if you’re walking, we didn’t have our own transport, but you are close to pyramids for day trips. The staff were very polite, smiley and eager to please. The room was modern, clean and roomy. I don’t know if every room has the shower over a bath tub, but ours did. We are fine with that, but I don’t think it would suit everyone who might have difficulty climbing over the tub to have a shower. Overall, we were impressed by the building and the gardens.

Staff and guest rooms were wonderful! Everything was clean and tidy. The landscaping is beautifu and well groomed. The pool area and grounds beautiful. The restaurant and bar had a great selection and the food was very good. Very nice experience.

We only stayed for one night on a 1 week tour of Egypt with Rainbow Tours, but this is an extremely nice hotel. The gardens are delightful - full of colour - and their is a large pidgeon cage we found by accident. The food in the restaurant is superb - we ate dinner and breakfast and the choice was excellent, so good I had to stop myself eating more :) The staff are also very efficient and the waiter service very efficient, with the waiters very well-dressed. There is a tennis court, basketball court, massage service etc. Instead of normal rooms you are allocated rooms in individual blocks in the gardens. I highly recomnend this hotel.

Staff were wonderful. Rooms were spacious. Buffet was wonderful with lots of variety! The resort was close to everything we wanted to see in Cairo. The resort was clean and well kept and so peaceful. The facilities were all kept neat and clean. Having a 24 hr bank on site to exchange money was an added bonus!

Excellent service at the hotel. Very hospitable. Rooms are decent. The staff in the cafeteria are very nice. The breakfast was complimentary. It is clean and there is a selection of foods available. It was calm and quiet. We are glad we choose this hotel.

Two stays here during our visit to Egypt as part of a tour. Very good and well priced food and drink. Rooms good, bathrooms a bit dated but no issues. Pool is big with sun beds. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is out near the Pyramids and isolated from local facilities so you cannot wander out and see anything.

Lovely hotel with excelente food and service. I liked a lot the gardens and the pool. It is one floor hotel type bowngalo. I enjoyed it a lot. Widely recomended. It is not so far from the Giza pyramids. Rooms are not that luxury but very comfortable
