Terrible customer services. Stayed here out of state for my grandmother's funeral and Tony lacked much empathy. He had charged the wrong card upon us checking in and when I had called to have it fixed, he made it known he was irritated and more inconvenienced by his own mistake than my family was. He told me to deal with my issue with the third party I booked with, as they had no way to fix it and it was my problem. I asked to speak with a manager and he quickly told me I had already spoke to a manager the previous night. I asked to speak with the manager on that day and he sighed and grunted and hugged and puffed through telling me the manager was "in meetings all day". He once again instructed me to speak with the third party and made it known I was wasting my time insisting on speaking with a manager. Well, that manager (Lisa) called me back within 3 minutes and was so lovely and helpful. She resolved my issue promptly and with ease. Had it not been my encounter with Tony, I would give 5 stars. But, he knew I was grieving my beloved grandmother and still couldn't find it in himself to treat me with kindness and respect. Even if I was their for pleasure, his behavior would have still been unwarranted.
