The staff was excellent. The breakfast was really fabulous. I was bummed. The gym was closed for the month, but I booked online and did not call to inquire.

The Property was overrated for the price. The room, even though located on the 4th floor was NOISY! I believe it was the air handling unit on the roof that cycled every ten minuets or so thus not allowing for a comfortable sleep.
The room was large and so it needed a coffee table in addition to just a foot stool.
And while it may only be a little item, I have had a better quality toilet paper in Port-o-Potties (In 20 yrs or Fighting Wildland Fires you visit a LOT of Outhouses).

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this homewood suites location. With how close it is to public transportation, how friendly the staff always was, the fitness room they have, and the room itself that I stayed in was amazing. I will definitely be returning to this location on my next visits to the Tri Cities

This property has home like features that made our trip more comfortable. The billiard room was a big hit for our teenage son and I enjoyed the sitting area with a decorative tree and fireplace.

Best hotel we ever stay.Very clean, very quiet pet friendly . Room were amazing big. Outside was very clean and safe, closed to a trail to walk the pet. A lot places around for food.
Price very reasonable.

Would really appreciate if families with 3 small children be placed on the bottom floor. I had loud jumping, banging and crying all hours of the night right above my bedroom in my suite. To spend good money for a nice hotel suite and not be able to get any sleep was very tiring.... Parents of small children, do NOT let your kids jump off the bed on floor in hotel after 10pm.... people are trying to sleep!

From check-in to departure, a well-run, well maintained property! Having a separate livingroom/kitchen in addition to bed/bath area gave privacy and convenience. We had a lovely view of the Columbia River, the free breakfast was well stocked with a variety of items, and staff friendly. Paved CR trail was easily accessed for runners/walkers. A fun mini-vacation for us!

Kind and friendly staff. I spoke with many employees, all spoke highly of the work environment and it shows how the treat clients. Breakfast was good and they even offered to cook special food for dietary needs.
