Здравствуйте! Отдыла с 5 ноября по 14 ноября 2023 г. В целом отель не плохой, кормят хорошо, (повару большое спасибо) море не далеко, центр рядом, всё в шаговой доступности. Персонал отзывчивый! Номер хороший! Из минусов, уборка, что в номере, что при отеле плохая...столы практически не протирают, под столами грязно! Бармены, ребяты молодцы 👍Музыка тоже отличная на любой вкус, спасибо отдельно! Отдых понравился, всем большое спасибо за их труд!! С погодой повезло, море тёплое и грело солнышко!! 🌴☀🌊

Check-in: We arrived in the evening, received our keys, and went up to our room. The room was extremely small, and the bed was uncomfortable with springs digging into us. The shower was a struggle to operate, and the refrigerator was not working. When I went down to the reception, the second manager promised that a specialist would come in the morning to fix the refrigerator. The hotel had terrible sound insulation, as every noise from neighboring rooms could be heard. It felt like the walls were made of cardboard covered with tiles in the bathroom or simply plastered in the bedroom. Due to these issues, we had difficulty falling asleep. The next day, we had to change rooms by lunchtime. They charged us an additional $5, claiming that the staff was too busy to clean our room (even though our first room remained vacant for another 4-5 days). The refrigerator specialist never showed up. Surprisingly, the refrigerator in the second room was also faulty. Additionally, the electronic key slot often didn't respond, and we had to play around with the key to find the right position to activate the electricity. Food: Breakfast: Once a week, we had fairly tasty pancakes, but for the rest of the week, it was just eggs (boiled or fried), potatoes with eggplants, and cheap store-bought cookies. Lunch: The options included chicken, stewed vegetables, pasta, and potatoes, but the vegetable selection was limited to cucumbers, tomatoes, and grated carrots. The fruit options were even more limited, with watermelon, sour plums, and oranges. The desserts were tasteless and monotonous, resembling either soufflés or some unknown creations. Dinner: It was essentially the same as lunch, with the addition of grilled dishes (meat and fish) that were quite tasty. In reality, every day, every meal was served on the same plate with no variety. There were salads that nobody touched - seriously. I would come for dinner early, and when I left, I would see untouched salads, even though everyone else was already eating. Never had a baklava! There. wasn't. any baklava. in Turkey! There were two beverage vending machines, but one of them was completely out of order for several months, as I found out from reviews. They claimed to have hot chocolate, but there was no actual chocolate. The tea selection was practically nonexistent. Bar: The bar offered wine, gin, vodka, raki, whiskey, beer, Sprite, and Cola. Unfortunately, the bar staff had poor language skills and didn't understand the word "cocktail." Even if they did, forget about cocktails. The most they could offer was whiskey mixed with cola, as there were no other ingredients available. Pool: There were two pools - a large one and a small one that resembled a jacuzzi. Strangely, the small pool operated all night, disturbing sleep for those on the lower floors. Beach: The walk to the beach took approximately 10 minutes. Rooms are nice and clean.Food was tasty and various. Cons: music too loud until 10:30 p.m everyday and mostly in russian language.

Don’t know where to begin… Food was awful! barely any choices, meat was dry, clearly cheapest they can get. ‘fresh vegetables’ we dried up. Two fruit choices- watermelon and plum that weren’t ready to eat yet. The eating area was bad- tables dirty, they didn’t even have any cups, handed out little plastic ones. No drinks until 7?? and then only beer and wine, both also not nice. Dirty laundry and towels laying around in the corridors for hours on end- smelling like sweat. Reception not willing to help much, a/c stopped working and we had to wait for almost an hour (outside at reception, since they took out key. We travelled through the night and were exhausted and it was very late. We initially were supposed to stay there for seven nights, but ended up leaving to another hotel after the first night, it was NOT worth the money at all. do.not.recommend

У отеля нужно отозвать лицензию, он не может предоставлять туристические услуги !Оплатила 8 дней в этом отеле, турецкая женщина ,представившаяся директором отеля Astoria при заселении начала кричать на меня: « Ты кто такая, чтобы тебе давали хороший номер?» Я ответила,как вы смеете на меня кричать-, я клиент отеля. Она стала оскорблять меня и кричать « убирайся»! Я побежала вызывать туристическую полицию, меня догнал сотрудник отеля и начал кричать, что мы будем свидетельствовать против вас, вы ничего не добьётесь. Какая ужасная непорядочность!!!!! Я оплатила проживание. В шоке от оскорблений и неадекватного поведения» директора» отеля, фото прилагается. Сняла видео оскорблений, криков и хамства этой женщины,и отправила русской компании, которой оплачивала этот отель. Заселиться не смогла.20 лет приезжаю в Турцию, но чтобы обслуга отеля кричала клиенту отеля « кто ты такая???»»такого неадекватного поведения я не видела нигде.Эту женщину необходимо изолировать от общества, а не позволять ей работать с людьми.

Отдыхали конец октября начало ноября 23. К сожалению, очень очень грязно. Грязно везде: в номере, в ресторане, в бане, на пляже. В номерах такой душ, что нет желания мыться, в бане так же. В ресторане, грязные полы, стулья, столы, к бару подойдешь, а там вонь, что-то брать пропадает желание. Что творится на кухне остаётся только догадываться, но мы все переболели ротовирусом. Такое красивое море и горы и так неприятно это видеть на пляже, где ржавые зонтики, раздевалка из старых тряпок, бар грязный и вонючий, а туалеты хуже, чем на вокзале. Из плюсов: персонал в отеле дружелюбный и отзывчивый, пытаются помочь в любой просьбе и проблеме, заселили моментально (приехали в 10.00 утра), меняют полотенца и бельë.

Отель с удобным расположением, до моря идти 5 минут. Пляж очень маленький, порой невозможно было прилечь на шезлонг. Питание в принципе неплохое, но однообразное. В номере убирали очень плохо- пыль , грязь и волосы просто размазывались по полу и на этом всё. Заселили в ужасный номер с видом на строительную сетку, на все просьбы переселить в другой номер- администратор странно реагировал, естественно не переселил. Так и прожили в этом ужасном грязном номере с «прекрасным» видом. Из-за этого конечно же сложилось плохое впечатление.

Отель удобно расположен к пляжу. Пляж маленький, сдан в субаренду очень неприятному человеку, который выставляет сломанные шезлонги, не убирает на пляже мусор и не разрешает приходить со своими напитками на пляж, хотя это нигде письменно не указано. Питание нормальное, разнообразное. Фрукты тоже давали. Плохо убирают столы и полы в столовой и в зоне у бассейна. Алкоголь очень низкого качества в баре. Полотенца и белье желтого цвета, но чистые и меняли.
